veronika won ukraines got talent some years ago and tried to participate in jesc for ukraine but failed. im glad she gets the chance to at least be on tv for jsf in our country ♡

Veronika should rewrite "Dreams Are Built to Last" should she represent the Netherlands at Junior Eurovision 2024. No I don't thinks. No defiant responses. I want the EBU to limit famous composers' involvement in songwriting to a maximum of 50%.

Some background that you may not know about: Ruben actually said he wanted a ballad like When You Believe from Prince of Egypt. He knows his strengths and he got what he wanted! Veronika: she was in the JESC national selection for Ukraine in 2021 (she sang the song "Save This World" that all participants could use if they didn't have their own song.) But she didn't become a finalist of that selection -- now we know she was meant to be a Dutch finalist instead! I think her song is very heartfelt given her story of fleeing Ukraine with her mom and brother and coming to the Netherlands -- she is still going after her dreams! I just wish there was a little Ukrainian in place of some of the English to reflect her story. And I hope her music video shows her looking back on her journey! Stay Tuned: their song explores many musical styles, but also has a lot of references to previous Junior Songfestival songs, such as previous common songs "All We Need is Music" and "Let's Sing Together," and Mixed Up's song "It Doesn't Matter" from 2022. (I don't have anything to add about Hidde/Saida/Dunyah, their song's easy to understand the context behind 😊)

I didn't know veronika comed to the netherlands because of the army in ukraine i heared it a little bit in her voice but i couldnt really hear it! She speaks good dutch!❤

in mn prime was written by the same woman who made 'liar' for melissa (later silia)
