Great collaboration 💕.Victor 🤟

The guitarist is Victor The Guitar Nerd, he never lets you see his face, I don’t know why. He’s in quite a few of Dan’s videos.

I recommend this to my friend last week, I got a message back a couple of hours later saying “ l’m still recovering” sums it up nicely

The Cool thing about Victor, besides the mystery of what he looks like, is that he's been playing for Dan since the beginning, sometimes for no pay, just to help him out! Great Guy, as well as Musician! Thank you for Your reaction!

That's Victor the Guitar Nerd. He lets his guitar do all his talking. He's amazing. He *almost* never shows his face. Violet's alto is particularly well suited for this. And yes a duet. Beautiful.

Great reaction to the song of this beautifully done duet! Violet Orlandi has a beautiful voice, and Dans rich powerful vocals go so well together here. And as you stated, Dan is so compelling that a person is pulled into the story that he is telling through the song. That's one of the many reasons why Dan Vasc is such a phenomenal master vocalist! The fact that he is also incredibly good-looking doesn't hurt either❤

It's so interesting as there's many a good looking vocalist out there but Dan draws in straight men too! There is just something about him that separates him from the rest - he's as intoxicating as he is gorgeous and an outstanding performer across all genres too of course. So glad I discovered him!

Teresa is right - I think I've only seen Victor's head once! I'm not sure if you were ready to 'share' Dan 😂but the duet is beautiful and so very well done. Here's to many more great reactions . . .

Dan's and Violet's voices are actually SO similar. The blending of their voices is definitely therapeutic! On the other hand, they both have so much POWER, that even that is therapeutic. I love how they change parts, so to speak. When he gets up there in the higher range, she drops down to where he was singing a few seconds before, and vice versa...so much flexibility. It just blows me away. As for Victor, I believe there are actually one or two videos that do show at least his head (behind hanging hair, if I'm recalling correctly). Wonderful reaction. Thank you! 😀

Great reaction. As others have stated, that's Victor the Guitar Nerd -- one of Dan's "go-to" guys on many of his covers. I felt the same as you when I first started watching Dan's videos. I'm usually here for the Home Free, but I discovered Violet a couple of years ago when she collaborated with Leo Moracchioli and a few others of my favorite artists. Maybe I'll request some performances for reaction some time soon. Then I found Dan through through this cover. I'm glad Violet and Dan did this one. It's on a few of my playlists for sure.

It's the Victor the guitar Nerd. You will never see his face. He does have a KZread channel.

Dan's brother Davi played the bass for Dawn of Victory (if you go back and watch it, you can see a strong resemblance to each other in their faces). Their friends Gabriel (guitars - he also helps Dan in a number of other covers) & Giovanni (drums) are the other 2 members of Fearless. As for this song, I never really cared for it because of how soft Seal's version is. I could appreciate it for the good song that it is, but it never grabbed my attention. Meanwhile, Dan's cover is one I enjoy listening to on a regular basis. I think Dan does an excellent job of turning non-metal songs into metal. I think it is because he doesn't go overboard on the metal aspects all of the time, as some others do. Victor the Guitar Nerd is the guy doing the guitars. He has helped Dan on a lot of covers. If I remember correctly, Victor helped Dan out for free when Dan's youtube channel was still small. Dan has since grown his channel and he is able to pay Victor for his help. The not showing of Victor's face may have come about because of his free help. This is just me conjecturing about it all, so take it with a grain of salt.

Love your critique on this song. Dan is my fav artist. He did look tired in this one tho. Hopefully he's not overdoing things. His gaming channels are a riot and do take up a lot of time. Violet's smokey voice does fit beautifully with his.

I'm pretty sure that video was made during lockdown times, when pretty much all the musicians were doing distance-group recordings.Right in there somewhere, was where Dan himself got a mild case of the stuff.

I saw a picture of Victor the guitar nerd and it was NOT what I thought. In my mind I saw an older man but he just looks like a kid

It has become a tradition with Victor not to show his face when playing for Dan. I have been told that he is now in a band and you can see his face there, but I do not know the name of his band.
