I also haven't seen rules before in an MV and it really does work for they are the first meta girl group. I like how the rules make you question things from the start and how the opening shot visually looks like the black/red vinyl recorder with the girls situated in the center of that circle.

I honestly really loved this comeback from them! It's one of my favorite releases of this year! Considering they're back in Kwangya after Spicy I knew to expect a more hard-hitting concept and was not disappointed. This song reminds me of "Girls, " one of my favorite Aespa tile tracks, which probably explains why I like it so much. The vocals, the overall concept, the dancing, etc. everything really just hit all aspects for me so I couldn't ask for anything more. Also, side note Winter is really doing it for me this comeback idk what it is about her aura but she just seems so much more confident and in her element?? And the red hair is definitely serving!

this slightly proves the theory of their evil alternate selves but only Karina remained pure Evil because she didn't accept her other self. in the warning message 1 it says about presence that you should run and 2nd is other self in mirror to shake hands but the 4th line says you can escape if you do the opposite meaning the evil will be purged and can co exist with other self. Giselle on her drama has other Giselle on other door listening to irl Giselle and Becky arguing, Winter also accepted her other self that's why the Winter who killed Tony is the other Winter who helped Winter take revenge and NingNing well she didn't only accept her, she even fell in love xD but only Karina in the trailer in which the Black one is glaring at the burning billboard, I assumed Karina didn't accept her other self so it became pure evil and remember the narrator in Karina's trailer. in the MV Karina 1v3 Giselle, NingNing, and Winter after the car crash, I presumed Evil Karina killed the 4 of them and other 3 self wants revenge. the individual story is just for their other self version that will be introduced in the MV (other self in the warning note intro of MV) Karina is the Villain and Winter is the Main Character (2nd verse of the song before Giselle)

That's... actually a solid explanation. I was having a hard time figuring out the story here but this helps fill in the gaps for me. The beginning lyrics make more sense this way too. She's "new" and she' goes "biggie biggie bad." She's "toxic," etc. Yooooo! I like this. Good stuff!
