Don’t worry, When you watch Jamie Oliver cook, you will loose your appetite.

So part of the reason you don't and SHOULDN'T use olive oil is cuz olive oil doesn't do well at high temps and will break down faster than a neutral oil. Since olive oil has a lower smoke point, when you heat olive oil to that point, all the beneficial compounds and healthy fats in the oil will start to degrade, and form potentially health-harming compounds and at that point it's just not safe to eat/use anymore. Also, olive oil has its own flavour and its not suitable for fried rice or any kind of asian dish really. Neutral oils are always better for asian foods.

Because South East Asian NEVER use olive oil in any local cuisine. That's why he said very White 🤣

Coconut oil is okay. But you want kinda smokey oil for fried rice like vegetable oil or peanut oil. Olive Oil is too gentle & soft for high heat fried rice in a wok.

Actually uncle roger always tells people just use rice cooker so your good on that

Yes that's a no to make fried rice you need Conola oil or sesame seed oil vegetables oil is fine to. But not olive oil. Olive oil has a lower burning point which means it will turn brown.

For Tofu in fried rice. Some places do but most common is chicken and steak in my opinion

I have never see tofu in egg fried rice. Or any fried rice for that matter. Tofu has too much moisture, it would make the fried rice soggy!

NO! Hiyaaa! Coconut and Hazel nut oil has a strong smell, it'll ruined the dish. If you're not allergic; use peanut and sesame oil, otherwise use canola/vegetable oil as a replacement. Coconut oil is for curry Hazel oil is for bakery Olive oil is for salad
