I was so shocked when byounggon and seunghun left but now im thankful they did because now they get to be in a perfect group that suit them and then asahi and yoshi got to join treasure. It was a painful happening in the past but now I can't see these four in a different group than where they are now. It was just a perfect decision.

YG's first priority was always confidence. Skills could be improved but he wanted CHARM. He wanted artists that could stand on their own even without the label of their group and were self-dependent. Someone who SETS the new trends. Who's different and influences others. This is one of the reasons why YG chose jaehyuk. He always step up to the challenge when he needed to. Giving up after being told off like that by someone is a choice, and im glad that jaehyuk decided to step up his game instead. He also improved so much within few months of training. This quality that he had definitely made yg notice him, when some disagreed his choice. I think ygtb really upgrade their skills very fast through this tough competition. With these much talents and potentials that the boys had, yg just had to break his own rules of debuting only 7.

This is the reason why YG loves competition because it shakes them up and pushed themselves to improve just like Jungwoo's vocal teacher would say on the last eps. Also if you watched how LISA handles being a mentor in the chinese show you'll see YG training in her style, she makes the trainees compete with each other and she loves competition too. YG really loves competition, its a chance to see the trainees potential until where can their limits be..

Trainor's, YG artists like GD (Bigbang), Seungyoon and Seunghoon (Winner), Hanbin (Former iKON leader) and YG himself is really cruel and harsh when it comes to judging the trainees or within their members. They are not sugarcoating their words. They say what they want to say even if it hurts you. Thats how YGE works. If you can't stand that, you have no place to be in that company. To be an artist in YGE. But when you get a compliment from them they will be like Hyunsuk, Jaehyuk and Seunghun, they will cry. YG's compliment is what matters for those trainees. Jaehyuk's comeback was the most surprising comeback in YGTB, also Yoshi and Asahi.You will know what I mean on the last episode. And Yedam actually got some harsh words or should I say, scolded by Seungyoon and Seunghoon (Winner members who evaluated them) becoz he was out of sync and his vocals is pitchy. This was never shown in this episode. YG just clowned us because they just used it as a bait for innercircle. But yeah, winner member later know that Yedam just learned the choreo for about a half an hour. He is really genius. This was a long ride with you. Next episode is the last one. Agggh. I just hope I can get through it until the end. Honestly, I didn't finish the last episode. Just watched their performances. I guess I will try to watch it until the end with you guys.

About the leader, I do believe Hyunsuk also strict and harsh leader when their training... can see how other members reacted whenever Hyunsuk voice change/ became serous... at that part sometimes he remind me of gd....

@@flaxenRdn I've been a VIP since 2008 and I also agree with this. Hyunsuk definitely reminds me of a younger version of GD... but GD is even more scary when he's serious. Hyunsuk may grow up to be GD's heir in terms of creating a new legacy for the company and industry. The boy already considers himself as YG's future and has hella confidence, after all. Him and Treasure will go far, I think.

I find it curious how today is the second anniversary of Yoshi being announced as a Treasure member and you are reacting to the episode in which he gets eliminated. He has grown so much in this two years. 😭🥺

Back when this first aired and the trainees weren't known as well as they are now, Dumb and Dumber was my favorite performance by far and Byounggon was my favorite trainee (him and our adorable happy virus Jyunhao). I still support Byounggon and Seunghun in CIX; and Jyunhao who recently graduated from school. I do hope Jyunhao and all of the other trainees keep doing music.

Jaehyuk has always been vocal on how thankful he is to the members, especially Jihoon (like he's always been there since trainee) and Hyunsuk for guiding him through their journey towards their debut. It wasn't really easy for him but thank God he didn't gave up and YHS saw his potential. After watching YGTB you'll appreciate their brotherhood more. They are not just a group, in those 2 years being together they really became a family. Kpop fans on twitter always use the 2 years delay as an insult to us and Treasure, but nah, those years made them stronger and a whole lot better.

The part where the dance trainer said "why can't you do it right?" Reminded me so much of Lisa saying "this is so easy, why can't you do this right?" Mentors from the same company

I really wanted him to debut in TR (for vocal, he was my bias and first pic), and I was kinda sad he didn't make it cuz he fits the "happy young" vibe TR has..m but then I kept thinking of him as a vocalist, and that's when it hit me that he really doesn't fit TR that good: he has soloist potential, his voice is smth that must br listened in OST or soft ballads, smth that would be quite impossible to deliver often when being an idol in a kpop group. Still rooting for him tho. Will wait for his debut!

Current time, Jaehyuk & Hyunsuk were just on a radio show having fun~ so I feel stupid tearing up AGAIN for this LOL

quick fact: as you saw, the upside down mic in the intro of mashi’s team which yoonbin was holding (former member of treasure13) is the reason why teumes are being dramatic after watching hyunsuk doing it while performing ‘my treasure’ [the upside down mic thingy] thrice now

yeah YG have planned they gonna promote on the same time as treasure13 but still have a unit. But now there is no unit, just treasure. For the first time I didn't know why YG change his mind to debuted 13 members, But looking for on Tmap and cover video, I think YG looking for : 1. asahi composing talent 2. Yoshi rap tone 3. doyoung dance talent and he have a good voice too and could playing piano 4. mashi all rounded talent 5. jihoon high voice and powerfull dance, and of course leader material 6. yoon bin trendi rap even he is not on treasure anymore but we admited that yoon bin has a great rap skill I think magnum unit is a dark horse on YG have. it's glad to see more members who debut than 7 members. they all good, 28 trainees are so good.

Yang Hyunsuk is really protective to Bang Yedam. Yedam deserves everything that he get from Yang Hyunsuk. I think its also because he really have potential even he is just a trainee, and JYP (Park Jinyoung) likes Yedam lol On their assessment, YG vs JYP, JYP really likes him and yedam received a lot of compliments. Anyways, after I watched this survival show, the love that I have for Jaehyuk grow. Love your reactions. ygtb was really hugee in south korea at the time if treasure debut right away after the show ended they will for sure had their first win with their debut song but everything happened to yg, almost the entire south korea hate yg so yeahhh BUT IM REALLY HAPPY JUST FOR TREASURE EXISTENCE

TBH I agree, the DNA performance wasn’t as good as the boomerang performance. The popularity of bang yedam played a role in getting the votes for that team. But performance wise, boomerang did it for me

Ive been there from the start even since Who is Next of WINNER and Ikon. U should have been more frustrated waiting after ep 10 when only 3 were revealed. And u have to wait once a week for another member. Then suddenly magnum was born to compose of the not treasure 7 members. But overall I'm more satisfied with the members especially when asahi and yoshi were chosen. YG sees talent, that's why I salute him for choosing asahi. Knowing asahi is now one of YG producers. My love for treasure is immeasurable. It's like raising and giving birth to my own sons.

Well being an all time Yedam biased since kpopstar, I would just like to emphasize (and I know that you guys already know tho lol) that being yg’s favorite has been earned bec of his talent & hard work ever since he was a kid. He cried and was anxious every time bec he didn’t 💯claimed that he will debut (even tho obv YGTB was made to create his team) He always gave his all and was never complacent or became boastful, and that’s what I admired about him a lot. Plus given that he was also an achiever at his studies until now made me more amazed at how wonderful and hardworking he is. Anyway, love you guys as always ❤️

just wanna compliment yedam, because he deserves the spot. idk why but when yedam gets a spot, people will eventually tell "uh because he's yg's favorite" no, because he is really good. All performance in this show isn't broadcasted fully, they always cut it that's why it's always short. And when the main producer picks a winner, it's not only his choice, the other producers and trainers also had to vote for it.

As a predebut Teume and been waiting them since then, the most surprising thing happened in YGTB were Asahi and Yoshi joining new line-up prior to their debut. But I can say that Asahi was the biggest plot twist cuz we didn't see him since forever and then suddenly he was just popped up on the debut poster 😭 now we all agree that both of them are miracles for TREASURE to be completed as part of our 12 precious diamonds 💎

Their was a rumor before I don't know if this was real but the 2guys from CIX was supposed to be on the debutting team of Treasure but they said that after the final show or was it before they had already talk to other company to be on a BG that is why YG did not debut them.. And that is when Yoshi and Sahi comes in the group.. :) They also said that Sahi was a special add on in the group coz YG must have like his songs that he created. They said after Sahi was eliminated he send YG the songs he composed... And being YG he would prefer his artists to create their own music..

I don’t know about the 2nd paragraph but the 1st one is totally false. BX and Seunghun were definitely not chosen hence they left yg. Seunghun went to find another company while BX thought of quiting becoming an idol, he was so depressed he needed to go counceling. Thankfully, Seunghun was able to convinced him to join him in the company he’s in. This info is from BX himself, from his vlive.

i watched this ep many time, but everytime i see Jaehyuk it still makes me cry. I'm so glad he made it! i hate everyone when nobody wants to be pair with him. in my mind was like, "you all just rejected the future member of TREASURE"

Evelyn cheer up, I wanna hug you. This episode never fails to make me cry. Episode 10 is more frustrating because its not really a conclusion to the show, you will be puzzled. YG made us wait a few days to reveal the final lineup. But yeah, YG definitely made the best decision of debuting all 12 of them. Im so proud of my kids 😭

Something that make me happy about waiting for 2 years, it's because so many happens to this show, but all YGTB fans support all trainees that debut after this show. Cause we all now 29 trainees on this show extremely talented

YHS did wanted 5 at first probably because he didn’t expect more from the trainees, but this survival brought up everything in the boys to the point they never knew they had either. And the boss also surprised in what actually they capable of until the last 13. And he decided these boys talents is no joke he have to debut them all haha the positive things about this survival is they also finally pushed themselves and not complacent until the end

I cried hard after Seung Hun said that he was happy to see his mom watching him perform going crazy🥺 And now I'm happy that he debuted in CIX.

I can’t imagine the frustration of new fans when they watch the final episode and not knowing how the hell it became 13 members. The torture that happened for 2 weeks after the show.

Dumb and Dumber performance was well delivered as they were naturally having fun and the choreography arrangement was also original. The performance was different from the original (by iKON) yet they were able to pull off the fun and swag vibe. And I like the uniqueness of each member at the same time the teamwork shown. I like how each members shined; Doyoung has natural stage presence and good vocals as well, Mashiho is a center material, Junkyu's unique voice suits the song, and the two rappers (Gon and Ben) chemistry was so good and their vibe suit this concept well.

I agree with you, Yeongue is really good. He is one of my biases along with Jeongwoo and Haruto back then. He is not a trainee of yg anymore. But hopefully he debuts. Also, when the final Treasure is completed, I actually thought the same thing that Gon and Seunghun will be of a different vibe than what Treasure will have. Best thing is they debuted in CIX which really fits their style.

They cried a lot after this episode (it will be shown shortly on episode 10 before they start announcing the debut members). It’s just a short clip but its the most heeartbreaking scene of all the series.

My favorite part of this episode reaction is the outro 😁 That's exactly how we looked like two years ago 😂😂😂 Well, everything happens for a reason. We also hate the show, but TREASURE is born from this show. And that's why we feel such a strong affection and bond to them. Because we've seen their hardships and growth from the beginning. One more to gooo!!! The indefinite episode... 🤭

YG fights for JAEHYUK and JUNGHWAN. They are one of YG's favorites in this show. YG knows talents, he saw potential in these two and he's not wrong. JAEHYUK and JUNGHWAN improved alot. I trust YG when it comes to looking for TALENTS.

First time being early to your videos, achievement. This show was everything for them, they really went through a lot of hardship just to achieve all their dreams and achievements right now. I'm beyond proud of them, even this show gives you a lot negative emotions, for me this is one of the best thing that I've ever watched, because it means a lot of them. This is their real FIRST STEP.

This just made me love jaehyuk so much more. How determined he is and how strong he was. You could tell that he really wants it and wants to be better. My gosh, watching this just made me love treasure even more. The hardwork that they've gone through. Fuck, i love them so much 😭 btw, I'm watching treasure box with you guys!! I literally wait every week so i can watch it with you two 😂

The original debut line up is really seven, called Treasure. It's just that YG announced another line up called Magnum composed of six members where Yoon Bin is, and where Asahi and Yoshi was part of. They were merged into one group early 2020 when Yoon Bin left YG to pursue his solo music.

One more to go, Fighting! The original announcement after the final episode were 7 members for Treasure, and another group called Magnum with 6 members. All under "Treasure" collectively, with the same fandom. All 13 of them even went to Bali to film Treasure's T.M.I. But then one guy left in Dec 2019. And so YG rebooted Treasure to debut as one group with 12 members.

Been waiting for this episode.. ive watched YGTB several times already but also enjoys re-watching it with you guys.. its 8 am here in the Ph, and i just ended my shift 2hrs ago. Goodthing im still awake.. 😌😌
