They recently commented that they moved out of their apartments (where they shared between 3 or 4, on different floors of the same building), now they live in pairs or share an apartment between three people. Seungcheol was living with Joshua and Minghao but recently moved into an apartment with his brother and his dog (Kkuma). Jeonghan and Seungkwan are living together, as well as Mingyu and Wonwoo. 😊 And they have a monthly meeting where they can talk and had dinner together, the last thing they did was add a theme to it, led by one of the members, who must select, rent the place and choose the food.

5:00 they are living separately but are still together. unlike before, they're like living in two separate dorms, now they're somewhat scattered. mingyu and wonwoo are living together, seungkwan and jeonghan, dk and jun and dino, etc. scoups lives on his own with his dog and the8 has a new apartment, too. they host monthly meetings so they'll be able to see one another while they have no schedules. personally, i think they still want to live in the dorms together because they don't want to pay a mortgage. jk. the bond that they have is insane.

Dino also lives alone, its hard to keep up with them all for sure is just that Jeonghan and Seungkwan still live together for the rest we mostly speculate. They started the montley Dinners just this year but Coups has been pushing for something like this for years.

Are you sure though ? In a recent interview I saw some members saying that only Jeonghan and Seungkwan are living together and all the others are living separately. S.Coups lives with his brother I think from what I've heard too.

Sorry if this is a super long comment incoming! I get excited whenever people react to seventeen so I'll timestamp things and explain stuff i thought i'd add. 5:00 They did mention how some of them now live on their own, but it's like figuring out through random TMIs they drop lmao. Usually when they did dorming, it's like for 2-3 years (they set that time up bcs they play rock paper scissors for single rooms). I think a couple years ago they branched out from 2 to 4 different units, and now at least 3-4 members that we know of have moved out while some still dormed together or they moved out together in a same place. Now they have this system where they do a monthly meeting, and every month is a different member handling or leading the meeting and they literally put a huge fee if they miss out lmaoooo like this isn't even a company meeting its just like a hangout they arranged between themselves. Last month's meeting they even set a dress code and they COMMITTED. 9:28 Nu'est is a great group too, if you wanna try and listen to them, they have a more classy sexy r&b vibe? Opposite of svt. Even had a collab with svt called Heaven (not on streaming platform but they have a special video out for choreo) and that song does have a more Nu'est feel. All of Pledis groups are so good but Pledis kind of sucks at managing, esp with Nu'est being their first boy group. 13:30 Svt's quieter members always point out how other members tend to give them room to talk, like asking for remark/comment in case they want to say sth but didn't find a time to butt in, and whenever they talk, the others immediately pay attention and usually praise them for speaking well, and react so great to whatever they say. It's honestly incredibly endearing to witness everytime. 20:34 girl idk how to like type the phonetic sound of each of their fandom names i wish i can just send a voicenote lmao 21:50 you should check the whole Rolling Stones In My Room, cause they all performed their unit songs from an album years ago. Vocal performed Pinwheel, HipHop performed Trauma, and Performance performed Lilili Yabbay, though a rendition of it to be more vocal-heavy. Each of these songs have their own MV cause it's like a part of their project that time, along with Change Up, the SVT leaders song. 46:03 Hoshi is actually from Horangi (tiger) Siseon (eyes) which means eyes of tiger, so that's why his identity ended up being so many tigers and he introduced himself as eyes of tiger if its in english. Not a lot of guides particularly mention reasoning behind their stage names so i figured i'll add this 1:04:54 We do like how Jun is simple minded and is probably least stressed in the group (at least on the surface. He does say he hates looking weak and get stressed bcs he's a perfectionist in his craft but will reach out if he struggles personally). But that also makes him have a very wise mind. He gives amazing advice to Carats in a way that is so easy to understand. He's simple but not naive, if that makes sense? He's well spoken and knows what to say and what to do, and fixes his mistakes if he realizes it. 1:05:18 fun fact, Minghao joined svt last and he was even watching svt's predebut live streams back in china thinking they were celebrities to him, but he ended up joining svt like a final puzzle piece. He had prior experience with dance, so it probably explained why his trainee period was shorter but he also mentioned that he knew once he flew to korea alone, he couldn't turn back. He wanted to prove himself and here he is. 1:10:50 actually there's like a flow to minghao's skills lmao like he started martial arts at about 4 yrs old, i think his parents made him do it so he wouldnt be weak. Then the martial arts teacher changed careers/passion to b-boying so he naturally wanted to follow him. At the time, kermit x supreme brand was all the rage in the b-boying and hip-hop world so he started being interested in kermit's character bcs of that craze and ended up liking it. 1:28:38 Woozi actually intended to just pursue classical music cause he had dedicated years with the clarinet more seriously/professionally than other instruments but he realized that his body simply prevented him from getting better cause a wind instrument isn't just skills, and you need to have a 'perfect' body to be the best. He then tried with music (i forgot the term of music but basically like modern music like he does now), auditioned for Pledis first and got in (all members' first audition was also pledis and they all accepted in). Then he casually learned MIDI out of interest from Garageband, to learning from Bumzu (2013-2014 ish if im not mistaken). Even the other members joined in creating songs pre-debut, not expecting it to eventually be what made them so uniquely seventeen. 1:45:20 Svt does a lot of live band version of songs bcs they are one of the groups well known also for great stable vocals that almost never disappoints alongside their amazing dancing/choreo, and always do their own adlibs and backing vocals without relying on MR. It's not just one channel/studio though, so you can find it on their official acc (usually debut showcase or special vids), GENIUS, Rolling Stones etc. 2:00:45 DK sang a cover of 사랑했던걸까 (She Didn't Love Me) by Yang Da Il. It's on seventeen's channel.

The Minghao fun fact of him following his martial arts teacher who was chasing his own passion 🥹. And so much more. I really appreciate you watching a long with me 💜. Thank you so so so much for your videos and your enthusiasm! My bias is DK, so I'll answer a couple of the questions you had during his part! BSS is a subunit of seventeen. It stands for BooSeokSoon and is made up of BOO (Seungkwan), Lee SEOKmin (DK's real name), and Kwon SOONyoung (Hoshi's real name). They were known as the comedy trio prior to debut and finally released their own songs back in 2018. They had their first comeback in 2023 and were INCREDIBLE, their album broke so many records and their stage performances of their title track "Fighting" went viral. Definitely watch their performance on Circle Chart Music Awards, it's legendary! DK's musical Xcalibur is one of his proudest moments. They released a documentary this year about his musical journey, and a fan thankfully put english subs if you wanted to watch it! It's on Pepizzaboy's channel (I don't wanna link it in case it gets taken down). I got emotional watching it, I was so freaking proud of him 🥰 That clip of him singing at the beginning is from a cover he did of the song called "She Didn't Love Me" by Yang Da Il. His cover went viral and he even got the opportunity to sing a duet with Yang Da Il on the song "Cinematic Love" which is also an incredible song. from what i’ve noticed i would def say koreas becoming less homogenous. a good example of this are the few yet very popular black “celebs” (ig idk how to classify them 😭) like patricia, johnathan, and hyunmin, as well as mixed idols like somi, danielle, and lily (nmixx). there’s also been a few gay idols here and there like holland as well as a currently active black idol in the girl group Blackswan so it’s def becoming less homogenous but ofc change takes time

actually carats translators clarified that he didn't mean separately but just not in just one dorm, DK still live in the dorm based on his recent vlive. Mingyu and Wonwoo based on fansigns answers still lives together.

Yup, from what I know, so far what we have confirmed is Jeonghan-Seungkwan roommates, Cheol living with his brother (and Kkuma) and Shua on his own. Gyu and Wonwoo seems to still live together. Hoshi and Woozi are also speculated to be staying together.

I believe in Korea they are seeing more of mixed couples and kids from what I’ve watched on KZread or seen on Internet. Also I heard somewhere that Vernon had to drop out of school due to bullying. Again this is a rumor so I’m not 100% sure about this one. Woozi has said that the member currently all don’t live in the dormitory together. Some moved out to live on their own, some live with family members, and some members still live together with other members

The guy Junhui was reassuring in his portion of the guide was Yanan, a Chinese member of another kpop group: Pentagon! As a big Pentagon fan I was so happy to see that Yanan was able to find such a good friend through that show (the two of them plus The8 participated along with many other Chinese celebrities). Yanan has spent a lot of time on hiatus for health and also filming stuff in China away from his members so it was great to see him form bonds and have people to rely on. I will always be grateful to Jun for that.

Seventeen is super close with Jungkook. Infact Mingyu, DK and Jungkook are besties. Since they all are of same age. They all are in famous 97 liner chat/groups with some other 97 born idols. You can find so many interactions of JK with Seventeen. He was seen hanging out with Mingyu few weeks ago and JK recently went to Seventeen concert in Korea.

I try to read all the original post so I’m here! I always try to be myself. Not easy when you are broadcasting to the world but it’s the goal. I am definitely checking them out off cam. That’s for sure. Watching is never stressful for me outside of me being a generally anxious person about almost everything. My job is stressful. Life can be stressful but just watching is definitely not. Maybe in a hyperbole way. I tend to lean towards that, but not really, you know. I hope you check out my other videos as well and can start to see the person I am. You can’t really get to know someone viewing them for only a short time! EDIT: Or the more I think about it. Maybe I just give off stress. That’s highly probable. Which just might not be a joyous viewing experience for you which is also okay to! Either way, don’t worry about me taking it in a bad way. I’ve gotten all kinds of criticism, feedback and the worst kinds of derogatory comments you can imagine. All judgments hurt but this is kind on the scale of what I’ve experienced. Not sure why those ‘fandom names’ exist/ are mentioned in the guide, i’ve never seen any other group have fandom names for each member. I think it’s a bit weird and solo stan-y but whatever😂

Well, i am a caratmoarmy, yes, in bts there is no such a thing, but the group that have a fandom name for each member is not just svt, some of groups like exo, nct, txt also have that, this is for txt.. Soobin : soobrangdan Yeonjun ; moawajjunie Beomgyu : bamtori Taehyun : solomon Hueningkai : ningdungie But despite that svtxt didnt have that much solo stan, like i barely see a solo stan for these groups, while i see a lot of solo stan for bts, people use this names just to tell who is their bias is, not for the solo stan

You know now that I see this I guess it is abnormal 😆 Like other groups do have individual fandom names but they aren't well known meanwhile I'm also a Shawol (SHINee stan) and they use individual fandom names all the time. Same with Carats. But the funny thing is a majority of both fandoms are OT5 and OT13
