Rim tim tagi dim was something that he sang while he was creating riff for a guitar. It stuck and he kept it in the song, those are not words in Croatia. Song is fast and explosive but it talks about Croats leaving rural Croatia in a search of better life in a big city or abroad. So it is a sad song in a nutshell. He made it because he was sad seeing all his friends leave small town he grow up in.

YT recomenended this video yesterday and I didn’t even know it was for ESC. I just loved it straight away and I could not believe my luck this has a change to make ESC2024 even more magical 🤩 Maybe for the first time I have to watch Croatia’s finals this weekend 😅

@@Milvusmilvus-jo8vq it's quite big! Greek people also leave the country for economic reasons. But there are also people like me that are artists and try to find bigger industries. Not just for money but for experience as well! Also homophobia was a big reason for me!

Great reaction video ! If you didnt known, noticed. The song is about, who a lot of young peopel are leaving croatia. Baby Lasagna sings about going to an new city or even country and is worried, is he gonna fit in ? Will they accept him and his traditions ? Thats why you can see him leaving his family and friends at the end of the video. And no he is not killing him self 😂 The video ingerall just shows the croatian culture and life. The animals, the farmlife, the working, the comming together. All of the outfits seen in the video are croatian traditional clothes. This is just 100% croatia. But you can tell that this image fits all of the balkans, especially all the young people leaving for a "better" life or education aboard.

Big like for your review! On a side note, I would immediately recognize you being Greek by the way you pronounce the " ch" and "dzh" sounds 🎉 you are right, the theme of the song is very relatable, especially for people living in the Southern and Eastern Europe's hemisphere.

Of course, this is not his real life story😂. He lives in Novigrad, a small tourist town on the west coast of Istria. He even said they had trouble finding a cow for this video.

Yes, he is from a village/small town in Istria, a province in Croatia heavily influenced by Italian culture so that is the reason it reminds you a lot of Greece

Yeap very nice video he made there. Could be a bit crazier but it 's still fun. So enjoyable and has adorable moments. I can never resist a cute guy being cute to a cute cat :p He seems original and likeable. If he makes more music like this, we need him around. I don't really want him to win Eurovision 2024 (I didn't want Karija either) but I definitely want him to win Dora, go to Eurovision, give a great presentation and a super-cool lovely extra flavor to the year's line-up, collect many votes and even more love and appreciation for this song and the more songs yet to come. Croatia definitely has to share this diamond with us.
