9:00 they're just recreating the emoji meme face 👁👄👁 so the monitor placement is totally justifyable
Its Nice to know that ill never get bored of this series 😂
5:20 It's about being cohesive, less of being consistent. It's the difference when you ''design'' the room vs throw lookalikes everywhere.
Really been enjoying these Reddit reaction videos man and you caught me by surprise too lol! Really appreciate it bro! 😆🙏
7:00 "Look I don't know jack about programming" 8:40 "But just not practical for development" That second statement seems bold considering the first one... 😆I can see that being a very practical setup for certain situations. Having the option to leave certain information always visible can be a massive time saver over the course of a day by removing the need to swap between workspaces. Even if you're using a TWM it's going to save a ton of keystrokes over the course of the day, reducing the workload on your fingers. (of course using an ergonomic keyboard rather than a standard row staggered board would be even more beneficial for that) Running all those monitors from a single laptop doesn't seem like the ideal setup however...

I loved this video! Never got bored throughout the whole video!
Very inspiring, especially the minimal and clean ones, as I am about to redo my whole setup along with my first PC :)))))

OMG OMG these are AMAZING Setups. Seriously, I get so much inspiration from watching all your videos. Cheers Ed
7:48 The top right monitor that had the pub on got me rolling 🤣😂
The desk for the programmer is actually quite practical. The two monitors at The top I'll use for monitoring stats I don't use often but I want it to always be on display. The two at the middle at both sides I can use for references, folders, browsers, Spotify, so many options. The bottom two I can use for command lines maybe one for interacting with my server and the other for interacting with the project I'm working on, on the huge middle monitor. As for not having a desk. I don't mind leaning to pickup my coffee/water. In fact I'll have it on a while separate place so I'll be forced to stand and go get it as I can code for 8 hours straight with my keyboard on my lap. Another bonus use is I can also have a screen dedicated to ChatGPT. It's super practical for me. I just wish I could afford it😂

Maybe you don't feel the 2003 Setup because you have not been into this stuff back in that days? Dual CRTs and watercooling with green tubes were the Ultrawides and RGBs of that time! 😀 Nobody cared about cable mangement since you carried the hole stuff to the next best LAN party every weekend anyways
i swear to god. Ed is really good at making corny joke lmaoo and i love it
Man I haven’t seen much of your videos lately and I’m very impressed of how far you’ve come. I subbed to you around 350k subs. Just amazes me.
Yes another great episode from the main man thank you my guy
I think the speakers in the room at 6:30 are actually because it is intended for just listening to music. Not totally sure, but it would make sense to me given the placement of the headphones and iPhone docked there, as well.
Thanks for making my year Ed 💪🏽
That narrow loft setup reminds me of a LAN center, super cool idea!
KEEP IT GOING ED, WE LOVE THE CONTENT
MKBHD's PC is sick!!! What are you talking about? I get it wasn't the whole set up with wires ran behind the wall and a decorative wall but I think he was just showing off the PC which looked like it was one major pain in the butt to water cool with all those tiny pieces of hard line and fittings

The background looks so cool Ed!
Lets goo been waiting for the next episode
The setup with the mouth and eye's reminders me of the DLC The big easy. FONV
Some of these setups are wild
The coding setup is perfect because you don't want a drink sitting somewhere you can knock it over when you're coding for long periods of time plus the reason for no desk is he can recline is his chair which is to help him not have back pain during those sessions
love these vids wish I had a pc good vid man!
Really like this series
I could be mistaken but my local medieval weapons dealer has straw panels like this one in stock for blade testing. Apparently the guys from the Japanese katana sub culture need them. Buying slaves for katana testing is a bit too expensive lately (rather surprising given the current slave wages salaries rampant in the Gig-Economy. Maybe offering a few Starbucks vouchers on top?). So they apparently resort to this tameshigiri panels due to a lack of volunteers. Can't tell you for sure though. I am a bit more of a Roman gladius girl. I once considered buying one for my pets as they are dirty cheap and quite versatile.
That couch meme was 👌 😂
DC looks like hes a pro bull riding fan, maybe bucking broncs. but those are definitely some pbr whiskies. classy man
hey can i get tips on starting up a new setup? where should i start?
the quad monitor layouts are tuff
Desk setup monitor uses for desk at 7:30 (or at least I would see as the use as a programmer) Top left: message/chat for work or communication Middle left: directories for files Bottom left: Documentation for the code base I might be working on Main screen: main code files/IDE Top right: KZread so I don't die Middle right: extra screen for more code in case I have other files I want to edit Bottom right: either more code or a terminal/CMD to run code on I can see the use and not having a desk would be kind of rough and I don't want that small mouse pad but otherwise I can really see how it would be used.
6:26 speakers seems to be there because it’s probably where he plays his music from his phone
hey techosource i love your videos keep it up man😁👍
6:00 maybe he enjoys standing next to the window and lesten to some good music while looking out the window
Man, you broke me at 8:25min xDxDxD hahaha
Can't wait for Part 3
new episode let go gonna get some popcorn.
The setup at 5:27 was from Matthew Encina. really love his ideas on youtube.
The program setup at 6:50 reminds me of JP from grandmas boy😂
Awesome series of setups based on votes. 👍🏻
honestly one of the best KZreadrs out here
ED! We need a mahoosive tech unboxing bruh! Keep up the kickass content, love your favourite Scotsman
editor is really good!
These setups must be too godly for me to see, because trying to watch the video crashed my computer, lol. When Ed started going, "Ehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh" I knew something was up.
Bro, you be having the best set ups on your show with no doubt about it.
hey i was just wondering. how do you record your videos/what software do you use and what are some good cameras/mics. thanks
Can you make an in depth video on how you made the desk for your setup? I really like and want to use something like that for my setup.
Dc's setup is using Noctua Cooling system silent but good
1:42 violated us 😭
Love your vids bro!
6:45 the giratina monitor layout
8:20 threw me into a rage. Unless that MSI laptop has a 400W power brick, 32GB RAM, and a full fat 4090, response times are going to be GARBAGE as soon as you have one chrome tab open per monitor.
Only thing I kept thinking was ooo shiny behind you. Guess I've been opening too much Pokemon with my son.
can we all agree Eds new backdrop is sooo clean
"Most male audience can't relate" Me: EMOTIONAL DAMAGE
these are just perfect!
Hey I’ve been looking for a cheaper gaming desk that is still pretty good. Do you have any recommendations?
7:47 is no one gonna talk about that monitor 🤨🤨🤨
Hey, more of the minimalist setup please!
3:30 I challenge you to make a good setup with only objects before the year 2005. To include everything, from the PC to the desk, decorations, peripherals, chair, etc.
At lyte do they test their prebuilt pc’s at 1080 or 1440?
13:11 -2 points for the missed correction of "clean and simple" to a "simple and clean" KH1 reference. 8/10 🙃
my guy you are a GOAT love all your videos
i am gonna try to get a gaming pc this summer but i also have a xbox series x and i was wondering what you would recomend getting
The programming setup is high on functionality. You want all your distractions far away from you. To achive this you need to make sure that things that can make you distracted are not close at hand at all
Techsource which phone do you use
Loved the video man! The best setup was Havok’s
I think the speakers are on the other side of the room at 6:30 because he streams without headphones and wants the mic further away.
02:47 2022?! 😅. Love the content bro!
8:46 Yes, three moniters is worth it 😂
" your setup skipped leg day" had me rolling
when will the potato setup? that episode got me laughing so hard that i had to stay in the bathroom to pee every setup he sees
Yo love the vids man
Every since I watched you build gaming setups for other people
This series is so good, loving all this variety in tons of different setups 🦾
what wallpaper is that at 10:45 single monitor? 😊
8:35 look closely there is a steel frame (like those in the gym) on the top of the pic
It would be so cool to fly out there for my b-day to build a PC in the velka 5
Interest, THANKS SIR.
such an inspiring vid! makes me wanna get up and build a setup!
Damn, that dude's Japanese whiskey is like $1,000/bottle, my man is balling
Used and abused got me rolling
The setup from 2003 gives a true og gamer vibes
03:05 that nokia legond is the real setup hh
Is no one gonna talk about how Ed put a blurry picture of the hub on the top left screen of the programmers setup at 7:48 ?
Dude really gave a 9 to Matthew Encina's OG goat setup. What the hell
Even before I watch the video Ik it good
Could u maybe do set up wars I look forward to them
Are we not gonna talk about how crooked the monitor is in the matrix setup 😂
Salt lamp by a pc probably will cause you some wifi issues. Their said to absorb signals.
2:42 ... Ed, thats not a 10 year old setup... its a 20 year old setup. its as old as me
When is the next setup make over realy cant wait
Lol reclining with no desk is common as hell and very practical amongst programmers, as is no desk.
The amount of disrespect lmfaoo 😂
