BTW, regarding the Japan performance of Devil's Cry, Taeyeon went straight into Run Devil run with the rest of the girls. Their stamina in live concerts is truly amazing. They'll perform four or five numbers in a row, take a break for some fan service,, then do three or for more, after which there'll be a video played while the madly change outfits etc backstage and then back on for another run of performances---not to mention all the running around the stage that they do. And bear in mind, they've already done the whole concert in full beforehand, as a rehearsal.

The great thing about the 'S concert (where Here I am was first performed) was that she performed FOUR NEW SONGS because she new her fans missed her music. She wasn't even done making the album where these 4 songs would be in (Purpose album), but she released what she had bc she wanted to give back all the love and support her fans had given her. A very risky move bc she didnt even perform snippets (which could count as teasers for the album), she preformed the 4 songs in their entirety. Also, said album was released a YEAR after the 'S concert, which means the release of the songs were hardly because of marketing (as 1 year is way too long for a teaser and would easily be forgotten). I love how taeyeon cares so much for her fans. I've been a fan of hers (and SNSD) for years now and i can wholeheartedly tell you that it's been the most fulfilling fan experience i've ever had.

Even though I can't think of anything she has not already done, I will not be surprised when she releases the next "new concept". And her voice will be amazing once again. I wonder if she (or her vocal coach) thought Devil's Cry was stressing her vocal cords too much?!?!? Because, she was aware that the fans loved it, but she never took her voice to that extreme again. Watching the video I spilled a steaming hot bowl of ramen on my chest... turning red already and hurting... going to be in horrible pain tomorrow morning. Probably shouldn’t have had that third beer. I too wish there was some more harder rock SNSD songs. I know you like the Babymetal stuff, you should check out Band-Maid, I think you would like them. I'd suggest their latest live video - Play from their Feb 14, 2020 concert. Enjoying watching your Journey through Girls Generation. Another Kpop group to check out is Kara (try the songs Step, Mister, Jumping) they have quite a few good ones.
