    @@DarkSwordsman Yeah, I agree with that. But The Verge build was done so poorly, it was both bad at looks AND performance. It was put together breathtakingly inefficiently.

    Those two were actually the same monitor (AFAICT), just at slightly different heights. I do that too when I'm using multiple monitors with Windows, because it lowers the Fitts distance to the close button of a maximized window on the left screen and to the Start menu on the right screen, as long as you tell the OS that the right monitor is slightly lower than the left one.

    Your attention to detail and your insight to things that no one really pays attention to are perfect for this type of reviewer content. I love how you give constructive advice in hopes to actually help people not only maximize their actual builds, but maximize the potential of the surroundings as well. Keep it up.     @@nphil93992 I think he meant some european style plugs that had ground on the side instead of a separate hole for it. So you can always flip the plug 180 degrees since it's AC and it doesn't matter which way you feed the live wire in.

    Oh hey, that's my setup with the webcam set up for Magic at 6:15! Yeah, the stand is a bit short for webcam Magic - it lives behind the monitor when I'm not playing Magic - but it works in this case because there's black space in the middle of the Spelltable layout anyway. As you figured out, it's essentially a Zoom call where me and three friends all have our webcams pointed at our tabletops and we're playing with our own setups in front of us. We all follow a Twitch streamer who does the same thing, and earlier this year - for obvious reasons - a while bunch of us got interested in making our own setups for playing Magic without leaving our house.

    The type F is nice, but you have to remember that a lot of places in Europe use the E type socket that has the same issue.

    That was the first thing I saw! Recently got myself an RCBS Rock Chucker Supreme so I can reload some .45 Colt. Just need to build a small bench and get it all set up when I have some time. Love your setup by the way @@gunz_guntaku

    That is a US wall outlet (110-120v 15A-20A) and would be a three pronged plug that only goes in one way. He would have to turn the outlet like jay said @ 16:20 and the outlet could be upside down, per local code anyway or maybe not

    The laminate strip you're talking about is called edge banding. Its just PVC and you can buy it with a sticky peely back and trim it with a utility knife.

    go to the back of the case, search where the metal "fingers" of the gpu i/o plate slot through the case, put something (small screw) in the slot above the gpu metal to push it down -> opposite side goes up, no more sag

    I cut a small piece of wood of the perfect size and drilled it with a screw in my case, probably not the cleanest setup but it works and anyway i havent bothered to change my case in 12 years so i just care about functionality at this point

    6:45 If they were using spell table it's both. It's like zoom call but then you can click on someone's board and it will auto detect what card it is and look it up for you to save in a history folder off to the side to help keep track of what people played.

    The sim rig setup was nice. For me the best sim rig setup is VR AND triple screen. VR is a bit of a pain if you take part in endurance races or if you want to hangout on discord, racing with friends online, having a few beers etc. Super-wide setups like triple screen will likely always have a place in sim racing.

    Depending on your VR equipment you can use the webcam in the front of the headset to passthrough the video image of your switches without disrupting your gameplay.

    I know i'm late but that magic setup one, when the vid hit all the regional and store tournaments moved online discord or otherwise. It's actually great i've met a ton of new people to play cards with over cam, only problem is you gotta trust your opponent not to cheat. We always had rules to where your hand has to be always visible in the cam, so i made a habit of just putting my hand down when it wasn't my turn.

    Looks like the Corsair H105 at 11:58. Those color accents pop out and they give you red, blue, and silver ones in the box I guess to go with whichever CPU team you're on.
