I think you should know by now (If you don't already) who Tommy T is. He is basically Josh's GTA character from ages ago and he is a very menacing/gangster type character. So whenever Josh does something that is not typically his style (like the outfit for Harry today), he labels it as "It was Tommy T, not me" so basically whenever Josh is not sweet/wholesome, he is usually in his Tommy T character. He also has a song called Tommy T, you should probably check that out
