This is such a great final selection. My favorites are Jone, Alessandra and Ulrikke. Jone's "Ekko inni meg" is haunting my head since his semi-final performance and is a constant in my listening habits now. 😍

Stig van Eik didn't use autotune. Not everyone needs it. That being said, Ulrikke is unlikely to use autotune. And that is interesting to me (one of the reasons why I prefer her)

I completely overlooked Masterpiece, but it was the last song of the day and stood out for the voice and stagging quality, plus the lyrics are not overly generic, and showing the baby in the pre-song intro was a feel-good bonus. Has a catchy sound that stays in your ear long enough to remember it for the vote.

And the guy CAN sing like his vocal is so stable throughout the whole song even though the song is considered as ballad, it still has that moments when it doesn't feels too slow or boring at all.

You should definitely react to Peterson's full performance of 'Masterpiece' as it made me cry a little. The song's about Atle's daughter. I would also ask that you react to the full version of Geronimo as there's definitely a lot more choreography in the full performance!

Atle Peterson's performance is growing on me. You should react to the full version of the live performance as it made me cry a little and I didn't expect it! I would also ask you to react to the full live version of Unami Tsunami's song because there's DEFINITELY some choreography in there! On the other hand, Queen of King is getting worse for me as there were so many other interesting female ballads or bops that could have done as well if they had qualified from semi final 3!

The biggest thing with heat 3 really came down to vocals and stage presence I think. Maria looked very unsure on stage (also the staging????) and her vocals kept missing the mark, same with akuvi at times autotune was heavily saving her. Both Freya and Akuvi were my favourites before the lives and honestly I felt they were a bit of a letdown. Atle really had good staging & stage presence plus he easily had the best vocals. Skrellex going out there and absolutely killing it made my year. I'd love to see you react to Skrellex and Atle but I'm sure you'll see them in the final! Everyone who qualified was really well deserved.

Rasmus absolutely understood the assignment with the Tresko performance, I'm so sad he didn't qualify for the final even though I know he didn't have a chance of winning. Because I love the song and his performance was so kitsch/camp 😍 I think my favorite stagings from mgp are Tresko, Honestly, Love You In a Dream, and Love Again My favorites to win are Queen of Kings, Honestly, Love You in a Dream, Ekko Inni Meg I don't fault Jone for lackluster staging though, he broke a rib 😅

Looking at this, these parts of the staging is missing a lot of cool stuff they had, so if you have a lot of time extra you should definatly check out all of them :D Gonna vote for Jone on Saturday! Also, Triumph should have gone through, would vote for it 10 times if I could.

Elsie Bay is my favorite....but she doesn't seem to be many people's favorite so....LOL!

Freya is amazing song, my favorite out of all of them, but the performance was very boring. Her vocals were really weak, but also what was happening on stage was boring. From this song you except people playing on the drums in the background and Maria to do some energic moves. Instead we have Maria standing alone in big dress making very simple delicate moves and only thing that she does is going around the burning tree on the music break. I was really disappointed by this...

The staging was just peak perfection. I didn't like the snippet, i liked the full version more and i can say i really liked the live performance. Imo, someone really good had to not qualify. Unfortunately, there were actually 2 gorgeous songs not qualifying . Freya and break it. You can argue one could have taken the place of the trans singer but still one had to stay home. It is what it is but again, Maria definitely did very well and the performance was great

Jone Ulrikke or Alessandra in Liverpool ! Any of them is really strong for Norway (my preference goes for Jone, I LOOOOVE it)

Norway natironal selection will have an international jury, so we have no idea , what gonna happened. My favorite is Alessandra, love it. Woudent be mad if Ulrikke go for the trophy, Jone song is genre in Norway we love playing at party and at the beach, so they are the one I liked to see go to Eurovision. Skrellex is fun but never any jury vote, would do well at Eurovision camps for sure.

The first videos were studio versions and a few live performances, but they are very embarrassing to watch.

Alessandra's song is way to similar to Run to the hills from Klara Hammarström. She is singing in autotune, bad dance. I mean, this is terrible. I cant below that Norway has this song in the competition. As an Norwegian, I wont send this to Eurovision. I would have sended Ulrikke to Eurovision

Wrong! this actually ain’t worthy of autotune assumption at all, such little of it is adjusted that it isn’t worth mentioning. For the small corrections and all the live instead, it is better to call it pure and really good live. I work with sound design, and you aren’t ; she did not use autotune , there was auto correction of the reverb when she sings the two words “southern seas “ that’s it !and none of the high notes and when you talk this scientifically wrong , you should know what you’re talking about first . Autotune is what you can say about live performances of the following: Lady Gaga, Madonna, Dua Lipa , Selena Gomez, Taylor Swift and many more high profiled singers during live throughout the whole songs’ peaks, hiss and fuzz. To be called autotune you need a lot more than this small discreet usage here! Although it is normal now in live shows , this was just even if used at all to adjust the Low q bass chorus nothing more. And from the singing of anything higher frequency there was too much jazzy breath to be any autotune , while the high notes are diverse and natural. She is in fact just a very trained and good singer! So most of your comment belongs to suspicion because it is just very good Live! It is ok to have an opinion of a different favorite , but not with an invalid comment.;)
