Finnlands Performance was the Best of all Nations 😊😅 I love it.

As an Australian euro fan you have no idea how much I screamed with joy when the televote shot this to first from last after the juries 🤣. I am obsessed with Finland. I just love them so much. THIS IS EUROVISION. I did not stop smiling during that performance. It’s not going to win, but it’s going to be iconic. I’m also glad you mentioned Spain, because thats my close number 2 🤣. I agree with your definition of art. This makes me so happy. This is the reason I love Eurovision ❤️

I'm finnish. I had thought I would vote for Sara, but I couldn't help it when I saw this show. Our whole family burst out laughing. And laughter is important as well as we dare to be who we are. By the way, a funny detail in the show is where a woman tries to give instructions to Windows95man and he just throws the instructions away and did things his own way. 🤭

I've watched NO rules! over and over, ended up laughing so hard I cried 😅 W95man really grew on me, it's so good!! It's not just a joke entry, there's a message in the song too. Yeah, they probably won't win, but I don't care, it's not like null points and NQs are a new thing in Finnish ESC history. I really want to see them on ESC stage❤️ I've been reading the hate comments on various online platforms and jesus, so many people seem to have rigor mortis in the prime of their life. No sense of humor, or if there is, it's so vanilla it barely registers. People appalled of W95man in his knickers forgetting that there are hordes of attractive women performers in ESC every year wearing just as skimpy outfits. I listen to loads of different music genres and there are so many qualities which make a song great, but even if you don't like it, why be mean and put a performer down for something that's inherently about *you*. Let's not repeat last year's mayhem, ESC is just entertainment. I think part of this vitriol is that people have a need to be accepted, and for some the fear of ridicule, being different, shamed and ostracized is a huge hurdle to cross. But if you won't ever think why something makes you uncomfortable, or let your prejudices and other people's opinions hold you back, you're stopping yourself from trying out stuff that may be crazy, but also possibly awesome. We should lean into it more, like W95man. He's a litmus test for the ESC crowds to see how much of a conformist they are. No rules! ❤ Also, love your reaction! 😄

First I was so moved with Saras performance, then I had tears of joy seeing W95man perform for the first time. I literally screamed when they won. There is still hope, love, laughter and pure joy to be brought to the Eurovision. So some of us Finns are devastated and ashamed (not me). I think courage is to take the leap, not knowing if you survive. ALL IN!! Let's go SUOMI!!

Me and my friends were watching UMK yesterday and we thought that Sara was the best option based on studio version. However, we completely changed our minds since Sara's stage performance wasn't giving off any feels and she didn't sound anything like the studio version. Instead, we laughed our asses off the whole time windows95man was performing and we had so much fun.

Because of this video I went and checked Spains entry and I must say i love it. Same! Sara was my favourite and I didn't like Windows95man at all. But Sara couldn't sing live and had no stage presence. Windows95man made me laugh so much and I loved it. I especially loved when his pants came from the ceiling and he shoot fire from them.

All the songs were mediacore. This was fun, made us laugh. We voted for this because of that. Don't care how it does in the eurovisions , because I didn't have feels for any other songs either. With 75% televote voting these kind of songs are what Finland will send and I have nothing against it! I think everyone knows it won't do so well but also won't care about it that much. Like said, there weren't any songs that many were passionate about so it was due to the performance how they would do.

I think Win95man is perfect performance after Käärijä. I don't like that the jury just cares about how streamable pop/ballad song it is, especially after how much EVERYONE loved Käärijä last year and it still lost. No Rules is not Käärijä, but what I (maybe other Finns) realised is that it's better to have fun. Personally I wouldn't want to send someone there just to please the jury, since they did so wrong us last time. This is fun, this is catchy, to me it's Eurovision and the message is we do what we want and what we want is to have a good time, regardless of the jury.

I think it's an ode to education in Finland, and especially to the computer geeks of the 90's who were kind of looked down on before that, but who actually brought the country back to it's feet after the recession.

This is my new #1 too and I don't think anything is going to overtake it! It's super low on the My Eurovision Scorebopard app but I think the fandom is just mad Sara didn't win. It's very 'you love it or you hate it'. But with 100% televoting in the semi it'll qualify. UK will love it 100% and we're voting in semi 1 where Finland is. Super British humour, even our jury gave it 12. People who didn't watch UMK and are seeing it for the first time in the semi will probably like it. And since Sweden is close they can drive the jegg (jean egg) there rather than needing to fly it! I didn't listen to the UMK songs before the show and tbh Sara was probably my least favourite, it didn't make me feel anything. It was still good though, UMK is such a good NF.

I just found that comment under another video and I think it helps a lot to understand the wonderful craziness which you just witnessed. 😄 "This song is an anthem for being who you are 🎉🎊 Love the message and also how it combines the Finnish Kalevala where the world is created from the eagles’ egg, In the stage performance the singer Henri represents the eagle (see the similarity of the movements and the clothing) and the Windows95man is born (as all humans) naked only wearing Kalevala inspired boots. The stage coordinator tries in the middle of the song give the rules to our hero but he puts the instructions flying in the air. He wants to be free and who he is despite what the others try him to be!" Have fun with it 😊

I was in the arena and mildly put I am still extremely confused by Windows95Man’s performance and them winning. I thought Sara was superior but maybe it really was that different seeing it live in the arena and watching the televised performance. That being said ”No rules” has been living rent free in my brain for the past weeks, so maybe I can accept it as our representative as the initial schock fades away. 😂

i think Sara's staging really wasn't quite there, i like the basic idea but it just didn't feel complete, at least on screen. i think YLE had some general sound engineering programs that made every singer sound too quiet / flat on broadcast, which obviously impacts a song like Paskana. no surprises seeing that W95M smashed the tele with this! it just felt the most like a solid finished piece

I was at the rehearsal and I would say Sara's performance felt stronger in person, but Windows95 man was amazing both in person and on tv. They really went all out and that's why they won. Even my mom who likes Paskana and was ready to vote for her said, that she no longer felt as strongly about her song (after seeing it on tv) and she voted for Windows95 man.

Considering Sweden's history in Eurovision and predicting the kind of conservative nostalgia trip the Malmö's contest is going to be, Windows94man's take on nostalgia trip is probably not going to go down well with the juries or the announcers. If Käärijä received resentment from the organization, Windows94man might not even get in through the door.
