Hello Graeme, just a small correction. Diana didn't win the last round. Stas won with 73 points, Diana was second with 51 points. But you're right that Diana managed to win the whole show (with a score of 468). All the best and greetings from Germany. 🌻 🌻 🌻 🌻

Greetings from Scotland! Diana wasn't feeling well before this performance so she decided to allow the song to take over her body and soul! This is not unusual for Diana to allow the song to "possess" her! She said that she remembers nothing about the performance or the comments afterwards and only became aware again after she was back in her seat! Look at her face in the final frame - that ain't Diana! It's something else entirely and it's fascinating to watch her whole body language and attitude to change so completely when it happens! The ShowMaskGoOn episodes (where Diana Ankudinova sang these songs) were broadcast on the Russian TV channel NTV which has now been censored and blocked here in the West. When they were available, NTV published two versions of each song of each singer on the show. The longer video of around 8 mins included the post-song comments. Initially Diana and some helpers were able to put up the first two or three of these 8 minute vids of her performances onto her own YT channel. Diana's helpers were then able to add a pretty thorough CC translation into several languages. Unfortunately NTV changed their mind about this policy and the translation effort was curtailed. I thought we must have lost the NTV videos for the duration however it turns out the complete set of the 8 minute videos has also been published by the production company Weit Media which was responsible for the shows. This should mean that you can watch the videos and get a machine translation within the desktop YT app. Mind you I can't right now confirm they will translate, as I only have a phone. However even if we cannot yet understand the judges remarks (and jokes) at least we have not lost the videos. @@mistercointreau5247 Actually, Diana wasn't feeling well during this performance. Perhaps that is why she sounded nasally to you. Have you watched any of her other performances? She is extremely talented and versatile. She performs many different styles and genres. Maybe I can recommend a different performance of hers that you will like.
