Brandon wrote the song, he's not only an excellent pianist, songwriter and producer who wrote more than 700 songs for many different artists, but also a great vocalist himself... he's from Georgia, studied jazz piano in Berlin, graduated "cum laude", is married to a German woman, one child I think... Diana's family have been friends with his for some years now, Brandon wrote and arranged quite a few songs for her and produced her forst album. - I think you reacted to "What a Wonderful World", the great classic made famous by Louis Armstrong... Diana sung it as her New Year's present to her fans two years ago, in Brandon's arrangement and with Brandon on keys... If you haven't watched that I highly recommend it, beautiful! Yes, I agree, the collaboration between both of them is a blessing and I hope they'll continue to team up vocally more often, as you said, their chemistry is great, their voices complement each other very well, great harmonies... Greetings from Scotland! Brandon has been a big influence in Diana's music career since she was around 15yo, when he saw her on the "You're Super" project back in 2018. He has written many songs for her and with her. He has produced many of her original songs under his own music label. He presented her with a gold award for her album D.A. for the huge online sales. He is now a solid family friend. They have done duets before, they work very well together. This song was originally released at the end of July last year as a lyric only video, but this is what it needed, a live performance! This song has a very special place in my heart and always will.

When the audio/video came out I wanted a duet between the two... and here they are: Diana and Brandon performed the song 'The Day When You...' at the Main New Year's concert, held on December 17, 2023 at MTC Live Hall. The two voices fit together very well. Diana is becoming more and more beautiful. Brandon and Diana have performed a duet together before. See the wonderful and very beautiful and uplifting song "Side by Side" the video of which is on Diana's main channel. (I think you would really enjoy it.) Brandon composed both that song and this one for Diana. The first song he composed for her is "As your Voice," four years ago after he saw her on _You are Super_ . It is a paean to Russia and incorporates some folk/ethnic elements. It too is wonderful. Diana has performed it several times, and at least three videos of her so doing are on her channel.

Although I am a huge fan of Diana Ankudinova's talent, she is my favorite artist, and I am in the 0.01% portion of Diana Ankudinova fans statistically (KZread Music says that, not me) what I am going to say is going to frustrate crazy fanatics. This performance is not live. This duet is studio produced and both Diana and Brandon lip-synced in this one. 1) NTV TV channel puts a label like "live singing" if the singing is really live. We don't see that label in this video. (They don't put that label in "Masked Singer" because that's not live either, because singers can't sing properly under those masks 2) Diana's singing parts are 100% identical to the solo studio version of this song. I have listened to that song maybe 1000 times and I also analyzed second-by-second only to see that this is a lip-sync. 3) For crazy fanatics who are going to say: "Diana never lip syncs" well she lip synced in 3.1) Tajikistan anniversary event 3.2) 300th anniversary of prosecutors concert (The one in the grand stage, in a smaller stage she sang live) 3.3) Masked Singer, as I mentioned before.
