Thanks so much for circling back around to Daneliya. It's true that she doesn't have the range of the incredible Dimash, or the unique vocality of Diana A., but there's something so 'clean', powerful and hypnotic about her voice. Every note so rounded and full, every transition so smooth, every run so meticulously constructed and delivered! For me, she is already among the brightest stars on the horizon (that's a mixed metaphor, isn't it?), and now that she has signed with a recording label, she's poised to break out into the global pop mainstream.

She has incredible talent and confidence

I absolutely think you need to revisit Daneliya. She has grown so much recently with her singing and has been trying different types of songs. One of the main things I have noticed recently is that she's highlighting her lower range more, and I really like that. Her low range has a ton of depth. She's also releasing a couple more covers soon.

Angelina Jordan did the same during her voice transition period, and that's a smart thing to do, because at that age, straining the voice into the mixed voice range too much can actually be damaging; and, of course, they both know that (or have vocal coaches telling them). By now, I think, Daneliya has "matured" in her voice "to the other side" and therefore can now start exploring her higher register... Wait and see 😉

I noticed a big change in Daneliya's work right after her performance with Ava Max she seemed to really believe in herself. Since then her production has progressed and she is singing like she means it. While this was a decent choice for songs, for me it is the way she handles the Birdy song that let me know that she is ready to use all aspects of her voice. If you have a chance, you don't even have react, just listen to it. It is also an in studio 'live' version. Her voice has gotten perfect that I don't even think about her not hitting all the notes. Plus she is an absolute marvel at adding melisma and hums and such. Thanks for your reaction. I guarantee you will not be wasting your time.

Hello Adam thanks for reacting to Daneliya. I recommend anything at all on her channel but some notable options include Arcade, High By the Beach, Hostage, Not About Angels, Diamonds (either one), her Kazakh version of the song from Moana, or a Russian song called Month of May.

For those who regularly seek out Daneliya on KZread is never disappointed. Once you hear her the first time you literally have to listen to all of her songs and covers. That’s where you start to love it and guys I love it. She has the most amazing Voice , she’s giving all the reaction people something to talk about. I love Daneliya, and it's nice to see you reacting to her, Adam. I fell in love with her as a very little girl on Voice Kids Ukraine, where despite her tiny form, she had this huge voice that scared all the other contestants, and made the judges cry, more often than not. Her battle with 2 tweens who were twice her size, is one of my favorites, because it shows what a little tiger she can be, and how she quickly got the hang of "battling", almost turning her competition into backup singers. I think Daneliya has a far more developed musical consciousness than most other singers and she is able to control her voice in an extraordinary way. You can modify and apply an Emily Dickinson poem to her: Her voice-is wider than the Sky- For-put them side by side- The one the other will contain With ease-and You-beside- Her voice is deeper than the sea- For-hold them-Blue to Blue- The one the other will absorb- As Sponges-Buckets-do- Her voice is just the weight of God- For-Heft them-Pound for Pound- And they will differ-if they do- As Syllable from Sound- That’s why she’s a diva at her young age.

Daneliya was my introduction to some of the great young talent around the world. Came across her doing Rise Up a few years ago, and was wowed. Somehow, this lead me to Diana Ankudinova, Aurora, and Angelina Jordan., Angelina being my favorite singer on the planet.

Hello Adam, You have chosen probably the best female voice of her generation for your Reactions video. That she is 14 years old, you will now certainly know. You described very well what makes her voice so special. I've only been a fan since the beginning of July last year. That's when I heard her voice for the first time. It was a cover she sang in the Blind Auditions (she was only 10 years old then) at the Voice Kids in Kiev, "Stone Cold". I can only recommend you to take a closer look at her. Look at her whole career, which always started at the age of 8. Her voice has changed in the last months. Girls also get something like a voice change. So she sings lower now than she used to, which makes her singing even more impressive. A new milestone in her career is probably her first record deal, which she signed earlier this month. Her first single has been announced for May 21. I'm looking forward to your next Reactions video, because I'm sure you'll find some covers of Daneliya that will impress you. I wish she would open her mouth. She has great control and pitch. I’m just not a fan of the mush mouth style on this one. Regardless, we know she is incredibly talented!
