Yea. I was saying the same thing. Not everything I like from him but I still hit the like button on it why because I can understand the concept and love it still even though it's not my cup of tea. Songs like this by him immediately go on my playlist. His nomal music is fire. But when he takes the time to put his own experiences into the emotional aspect I'm seeing another side of him that still a beast but much more relatable. This is why he is my constant in Nerdcore. Always. Since the Baby Yoda days.

When he said on Twitter this would be more of an emotional song I knew I'd love it. This is easily in my top 5 DPS songs this song blew me the hell away

Something I love in this track is how when DPS mixes it up in that last verse, how personal he makes it sound. I'm used to DPS rapping from a cocky POV, not a broken one, so hearing the absolute vitriol and hatred in the line: "life put me to the brink now you so shocked that I mutated so it's fuck you mother fuckers I ain't going no where it's the new age", specifically the emphasis on the "fuck you" really shows how versatile DPS is not just in his lyricism, his beats, and his mixes, but also in his vocal delivery. Skilled as fuck.

Not neccasarily because youre heating up, but because your body no longer has the strength to keep all of your blood around your vital organs. That blood goes back to your limbs, and that sudden relative temperature change makes you think that youre getting warmer.

What I like about this track is that is that it can endlessly be interpreted in many ways. Talking about Yuji experience from Shibuya and how it transformed him. The viewer's experience in going through sadness, depression and trying to do your best even when it's not enough and not being able to control what life is gonna throw at you. What I love about this track that makes it emotional is that the first part captures helplessness of experiencing a hopeless event but the second part was about the human experience of even though you don't know whats going to happen, you still gonna keep it pushing no matter what until you die even if you dont know how to deal with the horrible stuff in life at that time. Instantly one of my favorite raps🔥🔥🔥🔥

this song really hit close to home to me. he captured the feeling of the initial first moments of loss and i love it. song was beautiful

I did hate s2 of Jujutsu Kaisen a LOT. But man, DPS got em crying over here. That did happen to me, I lost someone very important to me. And I felt like it was all my fault, it was my girlfriend, my love. It took me years to get over it, so yeah this song really resonated with me.

Im not sure if he meant to do it, but "you said you wouldnt give me what I couldnt handle, then my world got dismantled" may be him speaking to God. In the Christian faith its a widely known saying that God doesnt give you what you cant handle so for me this hits a little heavier in that context

I hate it when stories kill some of the best characters just for the sake of making the story dark and worsening the tragedy that befalls the main character
