'Somebody' MV... Kyungsoo met this girl during work and he comfort her for losing her role. He asked for her sign to make her feel like a star. Move on to the scenes where he still wearing the signed tees and they went out together and became friends or lover....that's how I see the MV story 🤗 Kyungsoo said 'Somebody' expresses the hope to meet somebody who accept him as the way he is. 🥰

In my understanding , he had a past relationship and he was the only one put effort to make it work, until he found SOMEBODY, so he wants this girl love him too as who is he. When the girl being replaced in doing advertisement, he made effort to make her happy, and as you saw she felt very touched, so she contacted him maybe to say thank you and then they bonded , that is the beginning ...

His voice is my favorite not just in KPOP. No one is singing like EXO. Their vocals is toptier.

Good to see The View appreciation club members here! It’s the one that tugged at my heart since the first time I heard it in the medley video. Lost count of how many times I’ve listened to it but it still gives me goosebumps & makes me cry. Praying for the day he sings it LIVE along with the Lost LIVE ver. Somebody LIVE also made the song super special for me. All the songs are beautiful & connected to form a story. This album keeps growing on you, leaving no choice but to replay ❤️

When I saw the highlight medley i loved ordinary day and the view but now I love lost too❤❤the lost acoustic version reminds me of the OST bite from bad prosecutor (his sang the OST & it's his drama) i wish one of the songs get a eng version 😅😊 I felt it's darker than the first album and I loved it ❤

My fav from album The view > i do > ordinary days > somebody > wonder > lost ( acoustic ) > lost 😁 Its on repeat 😃 I'm so haapy to stan EXO and Kyungsoo, my bias ❤️ The vocals are everything. Not a single boring song. Btw, Kyungsoo released a live clip of somebody. He's also doing variety shows & he also had a collab with AKMU Suhyun. It'll be released ( idk when, but im so excited 😁😁)

My theory about the Somebody MV is that Kyungsoo is the actress/model. Like, the song is about finding someone that loves you the way you are, all your flaws and such. And it's what Kyungsoo is doing towards the girl, she's clumsy, and shy for her job. Her self-steam is at the bottom at that moment, but there is a guy who liked her anyway, even with her 'flaws'. So, Kyungsoo is basically projecting himself on her, I think. She represents his celebrity status, the person in search of love. Obviously, he's amazing what he do, but how do you know if someone likes you for what you are and not for your status/fame? He also have flaws, he's not perfect and a new girlfriend might approach him all wide eyed, but once she gets to know him better she kinds of lose interest. I don't know, I'm trying to analysing him now hahahaha

What can we say more. Just Kyungsoo showing off vocals.

While Kyungsoo’s was introducing his album, he mentioned her name and she’s the same girl in Somebody. 1 of the songs here was going to be implemented into Empathy but he decided to use it for this album. His vocals are maddening in Wonder. I love Lost, his vocals has a powerful punch and the acoustic drives me crazy. Ordinary Day sounds like an OST. The View made me cry so hard with such emotion and is very special to me b/c it took me back to my brother and mom. I love Lost acoustic guitar 🎸 Love this album. Ps. He’s favorite is Somebody. Edit: While Kyungsoo was on another interview he stated that Somebody is a stress releaser and I Do is his favorite.

If we look at the expectation medley that he released...we see that he was in a good relationship but they broke up eventually ig...and the lyrics in this mv shows how he wants to find love again and he met this girl in this mv, that might explain the lyrics and the mv of this video...

It's pretty much straightforward for me. He likes the girl that got fired. Gave her ice-cream so she would feel better and then ask for her autograph. The girl then message him to go out for a walk and that's when they fell in love. The end there was just a flashback on how it started.

The story of Somebody MV / song is finding that same love again, having that same feeling of being in love. It's not with the same girl anymore who he loved so much, but wanted to find somebody who he will love the same way but hoping that his love will now be reciprocated.

yes the girl in somebody mv is the same but if you watch the highlight medley there's a different girl that kyungsoo met. the girl in kyungsoo highlight medley and the girl in somebody mv is a different person. i think in somebody mv kyunsoo already broke up in the girl in highlight medley and he needs somebody to heal her heart again, somebody who understand him and somebody who love's him the way he love himself and he met the girl in music videos. The mv of "I do" is by the same illustrator as "That's okay". The male characters in both mv are the same so I guess it's the continuation. And in this "I do" mv, according to several elements (e.g. cat, polaroid, wedding...) in the mv, people guess the story is about the illustrator and her partner.

In my opinion, D.O. songs in his albums reflect the theme. Empathy - about various types of love expressions. Expectation - about different scenes of love anticipations story.

The View is one of my fave of the album but i love all of the songs.Actually i can't decide really it's hard choose ❤❤❤

The album is telling a story about falling in love, proposing, being heads over the Moon in love, and then going throgh a break up. A messy one. His fellings is all over the place, all fases of grieve for his divorce. So, yeah. This album ends with a sad vibe going on, bittersweet felling. Just like how a love story ends anyway.

try listening to whole album in the car during a cardrive.. such an experience
