I always wanted to wear girl clothes and they didn't let me, then my friend who is a girl is a tomboy and likes rap music. She's pretty cool, but when trying to be femenine they see it weak or gay. Understanding and knowing people personally from different walks of life you kinda rethink what you thought you knew. Even being trans myself I was in denial for years and had a little internalized transphobia. I feel angry at myself that I didn't start transitioning earlier. Meeting many trans women over the years was a really positive experience for me. I think it helped open my eyes, I also had a really supportive wife who knew I has some level of dysphoria. I don't know if I would have had the courage to go through with it without her.

The contrast between the gentle and soft-spoken Jamie, and the wig-snatching audacity of Roly, is absolute nectar of the angels.

My problem is ... what about him looks like a girl.. He looks like a WHOLE dude. What about him looks like a girl?!!

As ftm on hrt I find it HILARIOUS when transphobes say “well chemically you will never be truly male.” Because, lets say for my recent blood related scare due to another health condition I have that almost required a blood transfusion. MY BLOOD COMES OUT AS MALE DUE TO THE TESTOSTERONE LEVELS. Hence the voice drop facial hair etc. like some people’s children istg I am now a dude, down to a chemical level. @@NopurposeRai I take testosterone every two weeks through injections. So on a chemical level it overrides the estrogen. So I go through male puberty. I which once that's done I'll be grown into my male features. Frequently I have to get my blood tested to make sure I'm at the right level. As it's kinda a Goldy locks thing. And make sure that my T levels are at prime :3 So If someone for whatever reason took my blood and need a gender. It comes out as male. As I'm a trans man, and my T levels are at the stable level it should be

Where do you think the hate for other genders and male female equality stems from? The 'Man is better than woman' ideology does not let them imagine a world where people who were born as biologically male could then transform in accordance to their gender because that would mean the two sexes are equal and fluid. (Which, of course they are).

Yeah... One I don't think that person realizes that the world isn't ending. At least not yet. Also, there would be many many reasons the world appears to be on the brink of disaster. Fighting, ethnic/race wars, religious wars, capitalism, putting corporations and profit above valuing human, animal and environmental welfare ... all these things and more are what make our world seem like it's going to come to an end any momemt. LGBTQ plus people living their best life... that doesn't bring the world to an end.

@@moved.6963 no, downs syndrome is 1 extra tri chromosome, kleinfelters is 1 extra sex chromosome Sex chromosomes are X and Y Females have two X and males have XY Kleinfelters means XXY If you had two Y chromosomes, youd die Only the last two in a set of 23 (23 sperm, 23 egg, 46 makes a person) are sex chromosomes

The best part is how most of the people that are leaving hate comments can't even spell correctly or form proper sentences.

Doesn't say it anymore? He still from what I know uses he/him (and since nb ppl use all sorts of pronouns, it doesn't seem impossible), I've never heard him mention they/them, but what you said makes sense :D

I'm learning so much from you and only wish that other older people would take the time to educate themselves on these issues.
