@@Gooberabcdum maybe but as you know the current goku in base absorbed god ki and when he unlocked ssj blue it was just a better version of ssj god and so he got more power from it and in his base form and he absorbed the spirit bombed which gave him more power and he unlocked ui with it and it’s only a technique so if he combines ui and a different transformation he might would be able to do it but it’s hard to do just like kioken

Well it wouldnt really matter if saitama wouldnt get enough time. For him to grow he would first need to be strong enough to survive, and in this case he's not.
