I have been dealing with so much loss recently and trauma from a abusive marriage. I have lost my mom, sister, my cousin and my other cousin’s daughter in less than two years. My cousin just passed away less than a month ago from suicide and I have been feeling so defeated. I really needed this video! I can’t begin to thank you enough for sharing this! Blessed Be! 💖✨

Thank you so much for this video and for your channel. I’ve been struggling for the last number of years in a negative marriage and then losing my best friend to cancer in 2020. The last year my health has been terrible, my migraines becoming chronic and taking over my life. I love the affirmations you included and plan to use them everyday! Thank you so much ❤❤❤

I relate to everything you said. I’m finally at the point in healing where I feel okay, I feel like I can take on the challenges that life throws to me. For the longest time I suffered so much every day. And now… I’m not suffering anymore. Not sure what exactly it was that got me here. Spirituality for sure but what’s been missing for the longest time was authentic communication with others. That’s why I hardly made any progress, as soon as I stepped outside of the door I was in constant flight & freeze mode. Lately I realized so many things about communication and other people. And I learned so much about my own patterns and issues.
