Amira cuando concurso en Holanda, el jurado se quedó pasmado. Tenía aún 9.años. En Maastricht ya tenía 10 Pero es increible. A esta edad.

Muy buena reacción. Creo que eres la segunda persona de habla hispana que reacciona a Amira. Amira audicionó en Holland's GOT talent con ésta canción, tras practicar por su cuenta durante 2 años viendo videos de Callas y Pavarotti e imitando los movimientos de su boca. Durante el show, recibió guía de los coaches y después de que ganó, y Andre Rieu la invitó a participar en este show, le da una Máster class. Es increíble lo que mejoró en tan poco tiempo. Y solo ha seguido mejorando. También tiene una fundación que construye parques con juegos infantiles en escuelas de zonas muy pobres en Sudáfrica y presta ayuda en diferentes necesidades. Muchos de sus fans hablan inglés. Ojalá puedas activar los subtítulos para que puedan comprender todo lo que dices, aunque tu lenguaje corporal y expresión facial es bastante clara. Por favor continúa reaccionando a sus presentaciones. Hay muchos videos que te encantarán.

Graeme , whats wrong that this video dont have the subtitles availables , because Im speak spanish , I dont understand all the english and when I see one video of Amira , the mayorities have subtitles with automatic translation ,so I can understand the reactions and to comment to respect

Eres la primera que veo y oigo que reacciona a esta canción, en español, hasta ahora solo había visto reacciones en inglés. You look surprised. Amira was 10. If you want to hear her singing in Spanish, the following year, at a Christmas concert she sang Ave Maria Gomez , ( by William Gomez) at the canisius church (2015) it's really worth listening to, but I don't know how it will sound to a native speaker. Please give it a try.

Yes. She was surprised and expressed it's incredible for a ten year old girl to produce that vibrato and that clear voice. She also mentioned that she like that song wich was sing by Maria Callas.

O mio babino caro significa ¡Oh mi papaito querido", en la historia se relata que una jovencita está enamorada de un joven en la Florencia de los tiempos de Romeo y Julieta, y la costumbre por entonces era que la joven le regalase un anillo al chico que le gustaba, pero....si él la rechazaba se tiraría al rio Arno desde el puente Viejo, el mismo sitio donde habían puestos de venta de orfebrería. Por eso le pide perdón y piedad a su padre al final de la canción.

Correcto, pero Puccini escribió las tres últimas notas de forma diferente (pi-e-ta) y Amira trajo una nota personal, apoteótica, licencia que sólo los genios pueden marcar para la posteridad. Si no me creen, miren esta aria con María Callas u otras sopranos clásicas...
