I did the exact same thing to my 2010 Ford Explorer 4X4 V8 XLT and I love it.

So how did you make the mounting brackets? Is it just a flat piece of sheet or are there any bends in it?

What Guage was that sheet of metal I just ordered auxbeam 7" bar for my 05 tahoe cause my stock fog light assembly flops around while I'm driving, drives me nuts lol?

Do you remember where you got that front lip on the bottom of your front bumper?

What size light bar is it?

Hey i know this video is old. But the valance under the bumper. I have a 2000 yukon and dnt have it…..is that from a different truck????????

Some leftover metal stock in my garage.

I did the same thing to mine yukon

Did the same 4 years ago but the problem with these. The LEDs dont last for crap. i have gone through 6 pairs of LEDs

After that initial replacement (and the moisture proofing), mine have lasted pretty well. The housings have corroded a little bit from salt etc on the roads, but all 4 I have still work. I do have one in the rear that seems to be dimmed a bit, but still works on all leds.

@@REVJHD Im thinking of putting the stock fog housing back on and just replacing the bubls with brighter led ones. Im not to sure if the bulbs can even be replaced but after a lot of yt researching some have.

like that fog light profile, ordered 2 lights from nilight they sent 4 lights, suddenly i notice the i have a 2001 yukon xl and it has a plastic mounting backet for the fog lights. i will have to engineer the #@$!*&^ out of this one.

@@REVJHD finally got mine in and just waiting for the weather to get a bit better so I can hook them up...don’t wanna lay on my back in the snow to install them lol...

Maybe its not just me then haha. I've replaced my LED fog, a third-brake LED bar (my replacement one is glitching but not actually burned out), and just noticed one of my reverse LED's in my tow mirrors is out.
