Ali is your host today as we focus on the awesome brand Reàl Cocktail Ingredients. Reàl have been making products since 2006, with their iconic Cream of Coconut. Reàl's products are often seen behind high paced bars and have been an industry standard for many years.
We get our mitts on the Blueberry, Raspberry, Wild Cherry and Peach. Reàl have a huge range of purees but we were just thrilled to be sent some of the best ones. But Ali is a bit concerned their image/marketing has been paused back in the noughties (2000's). So we are pitching our idea of having Reàl go political.... Introducing the IMPEACHMENT PUREE. In light of Donald Trump's second Impeachment the Pump Room team thought we should redesign the peach puree by Reàl into something more current.

12.5ml Lemon Juice
12.5ml Sugar Syrup
12.5ml Southern Comfort
12.5ml Triple Sec
30ml Peach Puree
50ml Kentucky Bourbon
Shake and Strain over crushed ice.
Garnish with Mint Sprig and Peach Slice.

The Pump Room is a homemade bar built by the unique and unusual Cressy. She is known throughout the London and UK cocktail scene but with bars closed during the 2020 Lockdown there was no where to go. No where to pour drinks, connect with customers and rock out on the bar top to Britney & KISS.
