If I qualify Net- JRF in english literature and get selected for teaching as an assistant professor and at the same I want to pursue PhD via JRF , will I get both the salary of an assistant professor and stipend as a JRF PhD scholar ????? Please solve my query.

You have to do full time phd to get the stipend

Nope you can't get both... Either the job for salary or regular PhD to get the stipend... you have to choose one..
