thats great! you can store only rulebook from asia, because they're the same as the base game with added tips for flock and duet mode. I would also remove rules for automa and automa cards, since I don't play that version of game. well done!

What do you do with the cards when you play? How do you set them out?

I just take them all out, shuffle them as much as I can, then set out several piles. Usually 5 piles or so and we just randomly use those piles to fill the "bird tray." It's a lot of shuffling and I don't know how well it's all randomized but we find it works fine.
