According to ISS, instituted for security studies Rwanda Defense Forces very experienced army and very discipline. ✊🏾❤

I don't understand the language, but it's OKAY. I love the spirit. I wouldn't have understood it either if it were in French, Spanish, etc. We shall get to the point when there would be some uniformity in African communication. We are unique, like any other people.

zigoh paulin. Rwanda speaks one language called Kinyarwanda. That's the language he is speaking. There is no Hutu or Tutsi languages. All the people speak Kinyarwanda live in the same territory Rwanda and have the same culture (umuco Nyarwanda). So those introduced so called ethnic groups were just social classes made identity by the colonization history that was emphasized by governments that took control after independence. Rwanda doesn't have different ethnic groups as the world seems to think or in the real sense of the word. I hope this gives you the answer.
