I haven’t laughed this hard in a while! Personally, when a new 2K gets released, my first season is always played on rookie so I can build up my player faster. After that, I will then increase to hall of fame the following season.

yoo go to coach settings and cut on the plays to automatic. that or press L1 or L2 to run plays can't remember which one it is instead of just running around the court trying to get the ball haha and change the length of quarters to like 8 or more until you start starting
