RCV upgrade for Toyota Solid Axle

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

In this episode of the Toyota Pickup Build we get the rest of the axle finished up. We install a set of RCV axles in hopes to beef this thing up the best we can. The knuckles get a full rebuild and a set of new wheel bearings. Stay tuned for the next episode which will be building a set of rock sliders!

nice work, I never impact the steer studs in (1/8 turn out), the loctite will hold BUT when they break, getting them out will be 100% easier

Never bent an axle housing that was stock and ran 39s crawling no lie. Never snapped a stock axle shaft crawling no lie. The Chili Challenge Rock Crawling event is my back yard. Just control your skinny pedal and don't lock your steering to the left or right and you'll never break. Hell, I ran two bolts on the front drive shaft as my weak link lol and never broke those. If y'all don't believe I've gots pics.

How many splines are your axles? Along with what unit bearing are you using. Thanks
