Liebe Bilge, lieber Holger und lieber Marco, nach den aufregenden Bildern von der VADIVIA kann man sich beim Anblick dieser herrlichen Modelle wieder so richtig schön entspannen. Allerdings fragt man sich als Anfänger im Schiffsmodellbau ständig wie es die Modellbauer fertig gebracht haben, so extrem fein detaillierte Modelle zu bauen. Zu meiner eigenen Flotte ist nun auch eine gebraucht gekaufte SMIT ROTTERDAM hinzugekommen, die der hier bei 4:28 gezeigten SMIT WIJS ähnelt. Nur leider hat sie keine Motoren, die Öffnung im Bugstrahlruder ist im Rumpf mit Klebeband verschlossen und die Kortdüse ist gebrochen. Aber das Modell ist doch so schön gebaut, dass ich mich bei Gelegenheit an seine Rettung heranwagen werde. VG, Andreas

Die SMIT ROTTERDAM ist ein richtig schöner Hocheseeschlepper! Solide und Seefest! Finde ich toll, dass Du Dich an ihre Rettung heran wagen willst! Ich denke sie wird es Dir danken!!! Und zu Deiner Frage: Das frage ich mich heute genauso noch, wie am Anfang! Ich denke Geduld ist ein ganz wichtiger Faktor,.. Geduld, wirklich jedes Detail so lange zu bearbeiten, bis es den eigenen Wünschen entspricht.... aber Staunen gehört einfach dazu :-) LG Holger

Hi Jimmy,..I'm sorry.. as those are completely self build from scratch, I can't start you of there..I know that the owner did ask the building place of three original ship for plans... but that's all I know about it.. but there might be similar ships as building kits when you search for “rc ship building kit SD Tug“ in the web... best wishes, Holger

Hi Torro, guten Morgen ;-)! Ja, ich finde die Großmodelle auch enorm faszinierend! Wohl zum einen, weil sie sich mehr wie die originale bewegen,... zum anderen sicher aufgrund der Schwierigkeit sie zu fahren. Hihi.. und natürlich auch das Transportproblem. O:-) Ich plane schon eine ganze Weile an einer zweieinhalb Meter Version meiner SEABEX ONE. Aber ob das in absehbarer Zeit was wird? Bin da nicht so sicher... O:-) Habe einen schönen Tag und Danke Dir für Deinen Daumen :-) LG Holger

Hi Dickson,... yes, the ODEN is built very detailed! It is fascinating, what that much Detail despite the size can make with ones eyes.... :-). She had a building time from around 8 Years... Thanks a lot for your nice comment! Best wishes, Holger

Wenn Du das so darstellst, hast Du irgendwie Recht. Hmmm,... da haben sie dann gar keine Chance sich selber zu entfalten und zu entwickeln.. und wenn sie dann mal groß werden, dann werden da ganz schiefe Schiffe draus... so Dopperumpfteile, oder gar Eisbrecher oder so was?!? Ich habe da nie wirklich drüber nachgedacht... gaaar nicht gut! LOL! LG Martin! Holger

Hi Miller Zoo,... first let me point out, that I do only own a tiny little bit of all those great models, we do film 🎥. But I can tell you that most of these models are build from Kits. Also a lot are build from scratch and some are bought from internet auction platforms and manufacturers. Just ask Google for “rc ship kit“,... or if you've got enough money for “rc ship rtr“ (ready to run) or “rc ship artr“ (almost ready to run).... or check your online auction websites ☺👍 Hope this helps, Holger

Hi Roman,.. der kleine SD-Schlepper ist ein Unikat und gehört nicht mir. Ich darf diese tollen Schiffe filmen, wo ich auch sehr glücklich drüber bin,... aber mir selber gehören nur sehr wenige... 😉. Und von dem roten Schlepper weiß ich, dass er im langer Bauzeit einmalig entstanden ist und ich fürchte, dass er nicht verkauft wird... Tut mir leid Roman. 😔 Sonst versuche mal bei eBay oder anderen online Auktionen zu suchen, ob Du da was ähnliches findest... Viel Erfolg, Holger
