Great footage of the Lasernut beautiful Slow motion.

My Lasernut had a strange issue a few days ago. Was driving fine, took a tumble and landed on it's roof and power cut out. I assumed the battery was disconnected but it wasn't. RC turned back on, but servo locked all the way to one side and ESC fan did not turn on, nor did it cell count. Presumed a dead ESC and contacted Horizon, who offered no help and told me to contact the retailer. Retailer suggested a re-bind and calibration, and thankfully that worked. No idea why it happened! When I received it I had 3 missing screws, all chassis were loose and 2 are rounded off. Quality control on these RC's is terrible.

I just had a similar issue on my 2nd run with it. I performed the binding process on the 1st run and it ran fine for 3 packs in a row. Then a few days later I go back out and I had to go through the bind and calibration process again. I am curious if I will have to do it again this weekend...

I had some missing screws on my body also but luckily I had some laying around from other car parts.

The voice-over stuff is FUNNY nobody is doing it like you keep up the great content 🤜🏻🤛🏻

Cool video with Lucifer in the background. The fan on my Granite did the same and I just pried off the cover. I should have done it like you did. Nice run with the Lasernut. Perfection! 👍🏁

Hi guy , I plan on using longer flat head screws to mount the plate and esc and use nuts to hold down the esc .

My Kraton 8s was a wire getting cut by the fan and durned up my esc 👍👍💯💯💯

So glad I went with the db pro for my 1st Losi. Think this truck seems to be high maintenance. The voice is hilarious 🤣

Nah not high maintenance at all

I have found that cutting a small square out of some discarded hosiery or a surgical hair-net to fit over these cooling fans keeps the sand/grit that can 'jam' these fans from doing so. Simply cut a square LARGER than the fan itself and use some duct-tape along the fan's sides to fix it in place. A cheap and easy prophylactic for an important but vulnerable $20+ part.

VERY GOOD IDEA!!! I've used metal window screening in the past cause I found that fabric with my driving conditions clogs but honestly the precheck seems to work 🤣😂🤣😂 sometimes

i have and recommend some 2.2 aluminium beadlock wheels, vanquish hub extenders, and rock beast xors + pitbull's foams. its night and day in terms of how it eats up the ground. would be awesome to see how it handles on your backyard rips thru corners and over ramps. it will take some throttle control tho, tires will ballooooon

Yes and YES!!! Keep in mind NOTHING is perfect and EVERYTHING can suffer damage with misuse.

From a Redcat Kaiju. I did the same to my Lasernut and will never go back. Had to buy another set for my Kaiju LOL.

You have to stop with so many echoes...they sound to much like what my inner voices say..lol..:)
