In dieser Videoreihe möchte ich Euch den Bau meines CATERPILLAR 390D im Maßstab 1:8 zeigen. Diesmal geht es um das Kontergewicht, die Kabine und die Motorraumverkleidung.

Bin schon viele Jahre Modellhubschrauber - Flächen Pilot . Konstruiere auch in 3D. Z.B. X Heckrotor. Sowas perfektes habe ich jedoch noch nicht gesehen. Nochmals- Der absolute Oberknaller in jeder Hinsicht. Kippe gerade voll in die "Baggerschiene" hinein. Echt faszinierend.

Vielen Dank für den Kommentar. Ja RC Bagger sind schon super und im Maßstab 1:8 echt fantastisch. Das einzige "Problem" ist halt der Transport. 180kg trägt man nicht mal schnell ins Auto.

Sayangnya, saya kurang memahami komentar Anda. Ekskavator ini saat ini tidak tersedia untuk dijual. Dia membangun dirinya sendiri. Tapi mungkin di masa depan.

Erstmal WOW. Sehr geile Arbeit die du da ablieferst. Ich hab aber noch nen kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlag. Baue um die zwei Elektromotoren, welche für die Drehbewegung sind, noch einen Staubschutz. Wenn du damit wirklich Mal im Dreck arbeiten möchtest, dann finden die Elektromotoren Staub nicht so toll.

Ja Danke. Da denk ich auch die ganze Zeit schon dran. Ich hab auch Angst das mir Metallspäne reinfallen. Dann glüht der Motor auch durch. Muss mir nur noch überlegen wie ich es mach. Danke für deinen Kommentar. 👍
This is so beyond genius!! Besides using CAD, how did you mould all the aluminum to fit so perfectly?

Thank you. But on this Excavator there is no aluminium. It is all steel. The most parts are laser cutted.

I use pro Engineer wildfire 2. Its an old student Version.
How much was lasercut on this insane model. And how much have the entire thing end up costing to build?

hallo ich habe frage ich müchte ein rc bagger mit drei zylinder hydraulic machen selber und ich weis nicht genau welche electronic ich brauche ,konnen sie mir sagen bitte was ist nötig von electronik Lg

Hallo, also du benötigst mindestens 3 Hydraulikventile. Für jede Funktion ein Ventil. Pro Ventil dann einen Servo. Die Servos werden dann mit einem Empfänger verbunden. Für die Hydraulikpumpe benötigst du einen E Motor mit einem Regler. Das wars dann schon.

No hay problema. Por tanto, la tubería de la pluma es de latón con un diámetro exterior de 5 mm y un diámetro interior de 3 mm. Esto le permite perforar el diámetro interior a 3,3 mm y cortar una rosca M5. luego encaja un conector de manguera con una rosca M5.

Do you sell the design? Or how to steps with dimensions? Or maybe sell that one!? I am super interested. I'd for sure buy a kit. And would you consider making other equipment also? Like a grader?

The Design I only sell for a high price, because of resale and trade without my permission. The price has five digits. But I actual work on a concept to sell this Excavator. But it takes some time. How much would you pay for that Excavator? The next project is a vehicle for transporting dump. It fits perfectly to the CAT390D. Which one is a small secret. In some weeks I will make a Video of my new project.

It's a lovely project. I'm a bit saddened that it is not from a kit. I have been a heavy equipment welder for many years. I also worked in a plant building excavator parts. Buckets, thumbs, sticks, booms, car bodys ext, I always wanted to build buckets and such in miniature. Seeing you welding parts got me excited that someone had a fit and weld it yourself kit. Oh well keep up the great job. DanO Usa

Boom cylinders inner diameter 26mm, bucket and stick cylinders inner diameter 27mm.
