I'd happily go back to rear motor and blown out grass tracks!! High grip is monotonous....... Nice review.

agree back to basic offroad less of the glued dirt tracks, i mean if its glued to the texture of concrete why not just run it on pavement with wooden jumps like full size short corse trucks on circuit tracks with built jumps. we do it on carpet also with placed out jumps.

Great autopsy guys, so cool to see the 201x up close. One thing i haven't been able to find was did Lee ever race with/test the 201XR? I'd be interested to hear his thoughts on it given he was still at TRF when the prototype XM was around

23:20 I've recently plugged in 10 year old intellect 5200 mah saddla pack just to see what happens. not only it didn't blow up but the blody thing charged and it still has about 90% of it's capacity :D

A bucket of sand is best - and to 'kill it' completely discharge it then soak it for a few days extra-salty water - read the disposal instructions on any RC battery maker's website

Do you believe they could make a winning chassis again in trf?

02:40 Interesting choice to use a black guy holding up four fingers to represent a european three-peat 😅
