Hello banker couple mujhe kuch puchna tha rbi grade B xam ke regarding notification me maine dekha hai usme kha hai ki graduation me marks 60% aggregate of all semester . mai bihar se hu aur yha pe graduation maine jis university se kiya hai usme graduation me honours and subsidiary do pattern me xam hota hai and honours ke marks alag hote and subsidiary alag hote hai . actual marks honours ke hi count hote hai subsidiary ke marks sirf qualifing ke liye hote hai . mere honours paper me marks 60% se upar marks total semester mila kar but total honours and subsidiary mila ke 58% marks hi ho rahe hai aur mere graduation ke marks certificate me mere grading honours basis pe first division hai . agar mai rbi grade B xam ke form fill karu to kya meri ye sirf honours wale marks count hongge ya phir total marks count honge please suggest mee.

I’m an UPSC CSE IAS aspirant but after watching the salary slip of a RBI grade B officer and the job profile it feels like RBI Grade B job is far far better than IAS for those who needs family times but those who really want to bring changes into the country then I would say there is no better job than an IAS ,I will personally suggest my friend to not pursue for MNC and go for RBI grade B😊

Bhaiya I'm 23 now. Working as SDE 1 at Amazon. My current CTC is 45.5 LPA. And take home pay is around 1.55 lakhs.. in monetory terms Amazon may be far better than govt. Job but I think other benefits like loans, children education and many other things are great in govt. Jobs. + The job security 👍... Work life balance is also great in top MNCs and we have flexibility in working. Both are white collar jobs. Different people may have different perspective. I choose to settle with MNC job coz I love the work culture here. And I think I'm not underpaid here.

Any competent guy will get bored of doing repetitive desk work (eg.bank clerk ). After 5,7 years u will realise this. Do what makes u happy, money will come if u have skill and passion.

@@shukla_vinay6306 I work as a Software Engineer in a top MNC myself. My father is a retired Govt officer. So I know both the pros and cons of both types of jobs. Agar tum nahi jaante to kum se kum pahle jan kee ko kosish karo aur phir comment karo. Thinking that all govt employees just do time pass in office and take free ka salary is absolutely wrong. They also toil late nights when needed. They also do over time and life threating jobs (police, forest department, defense forces, fire department, hospital staff and many more) unlike corporate jobs where you work in air conditioned and 5 star hotel type environments. Now a days the govt job employees also need to perform well in their offices to get promotions and allowances. They don't have the luxury of working from home like we have. I agree the learning and challenges in corporate jobs is more where you need to always meet to in order to survive. If you excel then you get more money and afford a lavish life. But for that you need to sacrifice your personal family time and helath to some extent. Also there are other factors like politics and how the company performs revenue wise as a whole. But again ye i agree with you ki apne aap ko bhagwan samjho. Yes many govt job holders think like that because of the power they have. Misutilize karte hain power ko and then corruption karte hai. So my comment was on that context. I firmly believe both types jobs have pros and cons. It is up to you what you need in life.

@@ayasswain agree brother. My father is in air force, I am also working in fortune 500 company as Software engineer. There are many friends of mine who are 30 yrs of age still 'preparing' for govt job as they think it is below their dignity to work in private. They don't know we get paid more than 40lacs per year which is around level 13 /14 pay of govt which only 0.001 perct govt employee get. When I ask them why are you wasting ur youth solving LCM/HCF (he is preparing for bank clerk) which even class 8th student can solve., He says once I get inside , I won't have to take 'headache' , i can absolutely chill and enjoy my 30k per month. People waste enite 20 to 30 years after graduation for these time pass job just cause they get that 'permanent' wali feeling. Nowadays there are guys retiring at 35 and these people havnt even got their first salary at 31 yrs!!! They think they are entitled for a job from govt. It is not govt duty to give them a job. Get into real market and show ur skill and take the job!!

No private job comes with a starting package of 30 lakhs annually unless you're among the top performers that too in a tier I college. And that's also not a guarantee you'll get this kind of salary, security and W/L balance. In case of RBI Grade B, all you have to do is pass one competition and you'll directly belong to that league within a year. Even if you go to IIM-A it doesn't guarantee a 30+ lakh package. Very few candidates receive it that too those who held some prior experience in some specific domain get that mostly. For a normal person, starting salary in private sector is around 3-4 LPA with some tech skills and 2 LPA and even lower for non tech skills. There are people working for literally 12-15 thousand per month which is equivalent to spectacles allowance of Grade B manager.

Also yes, pressure maybe zyada hota ho corporate mein but fir 5 saal mein growth bhi to achchi hai, both personally and career wise. You can even make in crores if you are working at a pbc/faang for more than 5 crores.

How can house rent allowance be 60k? It is calculated as 12,16 or 20% of basic. A person with nearly 70k basic can't have more than 70*0.2= 14k as HRA.There is certainly some misinformation. This HRA informed is either wrong or it is shown as some arrear, which is definitely not monthly.

Monthly allowance like petrol are on self declaration basis. You don't even need to own a vehicle for claim!

@@OM_MANDLOI You would need sound knowledge of economics, finance and quants to clear the grade B. I would suggest you to goto IIM or good mba clg and simultaneously give exam for Grade B. you would not require much efforts as syllabus of grade B are mostly covered in 1st year. (MBA)

@Harsh Sharma Bhai tu to pura pagal hi ho chuka hai RBI ko lekar Mene to aajtak nahi suna ki kisi IIT vale bande ne RBI grade B ka exam diya ho IIT vale upsc ka exam dete hai vo mene suna hai lekin RBI ka to mene kabhi bhi nahi suna Fekna band kar IIT me bhi vahi bachhe UPSC dete hai jo lower branch se vo Varna IIT CSE ke bachhe kabhi bhi upsc ke liye prepare nahi karte 1-2 bande honge ki jo preparation kar sakte hai lekin 99.99% kabhi bhi upsc ki taraph nahi bhagte
