What is the difference between neft and cash transaction ?

NEFT transactions can be done via Online fund transfer(through bank accounts) and directly depositing the hard Cash to beneficiaries account. If it is done through online transfer then there will not be any limit for that transaction ( However, individual banks may set their own limits on NEFT transfers.). but incase u are using hard cash directly to send, then Rr50 ,000/- that too per transactions will be only be allowed.

sir can we use as example where centre performs DBT transfers for schemes like PM-KISAN in case of electronic clearing services(ECS)?

Yes you can. But better examples would be water bills , light bills or installments of payments that are repetitive or periodic (monthly). In PM-KISAN, we don't know if particular farmer will be eligible each time the installment is given. If you have more queries feel free to ask.

Yes. You do. For such questions you need to summarise the contents of the answer. For example, for functions of the RBI you will write The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) plays a pivotal role in the Indian economy through its multifaceted functions. As the country's central bank, the RBI acts as the custodian of monetary stability, regulates the banking sector, manages the currency and foreign exchange reserves, and supports the government's financial operations. Its policies and actions significantly impact economic growth, price stability, and financial sector stability in India. The RBI's functions are crucial for maintaining a well-functioning and resilient financial system, fostering economic development, and ensuring stability in the Indian economy. I hope it is clear. If you have more queries feel free to ask.
