I have kotak app. It's not always but sometimes i am not able to login. But if i switch from wifi to mobile network it logs in properly. Sometimes transaction from UPI ID take time to show in bank app account overview.

Same is going on idfc first bank, UPI not working( current problem). Sometimes debit card not working on atm

I have a kotak 811 account, some time upi translation failed but my overall experience is good,

An independent audit of every big branch of private bank is very very necessary

I opened my kotak 811 account on first day i turned 18. That is i opened Kotak 811 account on my 18th birthday. They did not allow transaction till i completed KYC.I completd KYC after 3 days by visiting bank branch. Even my first credit card at 20 was of kotak 811 credit card. I am 22 now, and i can say thier website is very smooth but app lags and interface is also not very aesthetic unlike website and credit card page. Never faced any issue though 😅. Made 40 ontime payments till date and surprised to see this.

I knew it would happen, said one of my friend years ago when the scheme started by kotak mahindra

RBI has not stopped new customer acquisition fully, only online account opening modes are stopped temporarily, through physical forms account opening is continue.

There is another gossip going on in the techni guys that a very big IT company has pulled off its technical assistance for maintaing the IT infrastructure with concers and the corresponding sub IT companies that handles this operations stoped their support for Kotak Mahindra, not sure about thiss but, its a thing going on from the people who are involved for tech support.

There are some technical KYC issue for boarding new customer online in Kotak Mahindra Bank moreover most top IT Heads have resigned during last few months ......... Lets wait for compliance by Kotak Mahindra Bank.

Very good decision by RBI, No system to Relationship Manager, Huge firing and hiring ratio, Work pressure and politics etc kotak mahindra bank deserve this..
