Are they better than the Seba CJ Wellsmore skates ?

Hey great vid this actually help me chose these for getting back in the game a few years later. When I got them I was stoked but quickly realized they were way too tight. I went true to my size which is a us 7.5. I have had these since late 2016 and barely skate them because of how tight they are which is really bumming me out because I really want to get back into this. Now I was wondering before I get another pair should I maybe get a bigger liner or just go with a new set up and go up to maybe a size us 8? What do you think I should do. I know they have to be broken into but I can't even skate them for no longer than 20 minutes at a time. What's the best thing to do in this situation in your humble opinion? ps the only way I can even fit into them is without socks lol.
