Razor scooter How to inflate tire quick and easy
Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
Got W and J a Razor RX200 off road scooter. When it came time to need to refill the tires I could not figure out how to do it. I searched the internet and folks said you had to partially disassemble it and take off the rear wheel. That seemed like too much work. I found out there is a hidden compartment and trick to doing it super easy.

super super helpful video - this helped me a ton , and also gave me some much needed reassurance (apologies long story follows here) There is a family of refugees from Afghanistan we are desperately trying to help out .. the poor husband/father REALLY wants to work (they're getting assistance - basically the USA granted them asylum status since they were working with the USA and there was fear of retaliation from forces there not friendly towards the USA... but this guy would really, REALLY prefer to just work and get his income that way) ... but he needs transportation to work and we're not really in a position to buy them a car much as we would love to :) ... so we're hoping the scooter will help. In our model's case (E300) there's a circular rotating cover type thing that gives access to a hole through which you put the extender through to connect to the tire valve.. Razor is kindly sending us a replacement chain shield guard where the circular thing attaches to since the circular rotating shield type thing broke off... it occurs to me looking at it that even with their replacement that sucker can break off really easily and I found myself wondering what would happen then - would it mess up the inner workings of the scooter somehow? (first ever electric scooter purchase so we know next to nothing about them)... I am happy to see that your scooter works just fine without that kind of guard thing :) ...

you're welcome
That was neat.
I have a flat and I’d like to fix it without the trouble of removing the rear tire. I can’t seem to find a straight answer online. Are these tires tubeless? Would it be possible to plug a small hole?
Very cool.

I didn't know about it either until right before I filmed this video
My extention piece does not screw on the valve..won't fit. Too small.

sorry, don't know... contact Razor and see if they can send you one
Yeah no worky for me ! Valve was tilted and no matter of pliers or anything could get it to sit upright, had to remove wheel just to inflate! You think maybe they could’ve installed longer valves? Angled valves? Bueheller?

that sucks
How long is the rear tire extender? Is it metal or plastic?

I don't remember, I think it was plastic and just a couple inches. I don't have it close by. I'll try to remember to go look.
