Hi, I have had intermittent power supply and I was asked to change the control module. However, I am unable to remove the connectors from the ON/OFF switch. Could you please help

Pry with a flat screwdriver, they are a bit sticky. They have a small locking tank in the middle.

What are the symptoms of the module going bad?

I have a scooter which won't drive the motor. Motor is good, battery is good, go button tests ok. I am trying to work out the schematic for the control module.

I had to return mines. We chraged it for 12 hours and the light at the bottom was still red not green. So something was wrong with the motor. But i reordered another.

Same, it just wouldn't work and the screws are freaking superglued on so I can't even open it up. I have an electric screw driver and it stripped the screw.

Quick question i replace the control module on my scooter and still doesn’t work. Did i just got a defective controller

You realize you have to spin the wheel up to 3 mph before it will go?

@@that1foooSDadCuhzzo On most scooters yes. You stand on them, kick off and rotate the throttle. The motor will kick in and off you go. Not like a motorcycle where just twisting the throttle will set it in motion.

You have the batt wires reversed.

I have three questions. Is the push button throttle pressure sensitive or on/off? What is the capacity/voltage/current of the battery? Can the control module be upgraded?

on/off on my E95 you might can find little bigger Amp hour batteries after market, but A/H claims and actual are sometimes different. Toy batteries are all based off of common batteries designed for things like deer feeders, alarms, etc... and sometimes, most times, cheaper. search ebay you will find them.

It's basic on / off. The battery is a standard 12 V 7 A/h type. Yes the control can be upgraded - look up Variable Speed Conversion Kit here: electricscooterparts.com/razor-power-core-e90-scooter-parts.html

Why can't they tell you which wires go the brake switch and which ones go to the push button, the connectors are the same. You have a 50/50 chance.

Just mark your wires with colored tape before you unplug them, this is a good habit to get into when working on electric wiring or these days use phone photo.

I just installed a new batt and control module, scooter still won't go, tested the motor with direct power, tested the push button and brake switch with ohm meter, all good. Did I get a bad module?
