    @@mosquitonkosak Thanks, I checked that one out. You've got some pretty good designs. I was actually thinking of doing a gas conversion on this Bella, since it's got a little more room in the frame to accommodate a pocket bike motor. And try to keep as much of the original plastics intact (though de-pinked). I want to fabricate a little fake cargo box for the rear deck, and hide the fuel cell in there. And I might keep the MX350 electric. So basically I'll end up with the opposite of what you've got.

  • @mosquitonkosak

    @mosquitonkosak

    3 жыл бұрын

    @@maxpower1911 oh very nice! Getting the motor to mount on the bella is probably the hardest due to the sproket spinning one direction. They do make a converter to make it go the other way if you'd want to use that. Amazon has all the parts. I have an empty frame of the bella and going to turn that into gas powered too. I also have a goped that I'm going to figure out how to put that same 49cc motor on it. Just another project 😆 on the mx350, use the same 48v motor I did cause it'll work perfectly

    @@mosquitonkosak The build quality on these Razor bike frames is pretty good for being kid stuff. Both the ones I picked up were well worn, had been stored outdoors, and still only minor surface rust. No bends or dents. I got a 50cc scooter from China, I wish the welds on that frame looked as good.

    Ya the Chinese stuff had welds from amateur welders. I have ridden that Bella scooter and the frame holds up perfect and I'm not a small guy. Grind that surface rust off with an angle grinder and you should be good.

    Hey man, do you know if these support a swingarm extansion? I have a variation of this model and it doesnt have a rear shock like the older models do. I know the swingarm extension mod is fully compatible with the ones that have a rear shock but im asking for mine since yes... i know theyre meant for kids around the usual age of 8-12 or maybe 13 but they support up to 140 pounds in weight or atleast my model does from what i know. I myself weight 135 sometimes my weight goes up to 137. Its rarely gone up to 140 but not any higher. Im 21 by the way. And like i said i know theyre meant for youth but as i mentioned it supports my weight and ive also seen some people on youtube mod these models and some seem to be the same age as me. Others seem to be older. Either way if you need to know, the reason i want to do the extension mod is because i want to do a gas conversion aswell yet i want to install a somewhat big motor also the model of my mx350 has a steel tube where you placed your motor in. It might be removeable but im not so sure about removing it.. and well the extension is so i can have a good enough soace for bith the gas motor and maybe put a small backup battery. I know it seems wierd but my dad has done these things with old bikes turning them to motorized dirt trikes having both gas motor and a small battery so i can hook up both a led as a head light and a small tail light in the rear. I dont know how well to explain it but i hope you understand what i mean. Either way ive been typing to much at this point jaja but yeah. If it is that you know if its modable then please let me know i just wanna be sure. If its not possible then i can still just add a small motor but like i said illd rather prefer a motor aswell as a small battery with it. Thanks in advance
