On the Viper, there's a thin band between the back of the mouse casing and the LED strip, whereas on the Cobra the rear casing extends all the way to the strip. (I believe the strip on the Cobra also extends a smidge further.) A small detail, sure, but more aesthetically pleasing to the eye.

Additional info: The sensor for the Cobra wired is 'kinda' different from the RVM, they say that its an updated version of the RVM sensor which fixes the high LOD issues. Some Cobra wired mouse weighs around 52-56g. And I think you are right when you said that its a transition, here in the Philippines when I asked "DataBlitz" ( a computer & video games and software retailer ) one of their staff said that Razer phased out the RVM and the Cobra line up replaced it.

hey i had a big issue with the razer viper mini high lift off distance. does the razer cobra fix that?

appreciate this, my viper mini has gotten worn down and the scroll wheel is jumpy so im gonna buy the cobra

viper was sold out so i went with the corba. i like it so far. playing around with dpi and color studio

I wouldn't recommend the Cobra. I had the Viper Mini for many years and decided to try out this one. The clicks are awful, the skates slide less and the sensor feels less precise. I really don't like it. The only positive thing is that the scroll wheel feels a bit better. RIP Viper Mini, you were the budget GOAT. 😔

Viper mini will never be replicated in wireless sadly, Ive found the perfect mouse with perfect clicks and not the 4 corner skate variant and they just CANT MAKE IT WIRELESS.ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

@@sv_sup6661 from the cobra pro and Viper v2 pro I'm still deciding cruz the cobra pro is like the perfect size although the weight is Abit heavy but not that heavy but idk why so much people just hate that mouse for no reason

well i dint come here for the comperison i came here to see the size and the shape of the mouse is i have the logitech g102 maybe for a year or so and i can just never feel comfortable with it its to small for my hands and the shape i just to flat but i think the razer cobra is a go to for me considering i have large hands

viper mini has better grip for sure from my experience , i had to add textured tape to the cobra so i can hold it

Really? On my end the Cobra is definitely more grippy and easier to lift. I guess it's personal preference.

viper mini has 2.4mm lod, cobra has 1.2mm lod, every other things are pretty much same, if u wanna chose one, chose the cobra

Viper is cheaper, cobra is an updated viper

BS it's the other way around. viper mini better plastic and easier to hold
