Soto's plate discipline and bat control become more evident as I watch him every day. In each AB he knows what the team needs from him and he gives it. We need base runners, he walks, we need a single to move a runner, he hits a single, we need a big hit he delivers the HR, that is the definition of a Baseball player. He runs, he hits, he throws, and steals bases and has power in reserve. Talent and old school Baseball IQ! The whole package!

Soto has been an absolute blessing since he's put in the Pinstripes. Leading the team in BA, RBI, OPS and tied in HRs. Don't let him leave NY without an extension. GO YANKEES!!! #CHASEFOR28

Bro soto with only 20 year old won the 2019 playoff Baby Ruth award, and was a key player to win that world series against Houston Astros, he went 6-4 with 2 HR 4 RBI agains Gerrit Cole and 6-2 with a HR agains Justine Verlander

I have always hated the way pitchers are handled now with being pulled in the 6th after not letting up any runs. It used to be he would get pulled if he put his team in trouble. Now its all about pitch count. Ray's gave this one away.

If the Yankees don’t address their bullpen problem soon, they’re fooling themselves as contenders. Holmes has done a good job but to expect that all season is a stretch. The bats are there but pitching is iffy. Cashman had all kinds of time to get it done. It may be too late.

What on earth is happening to judge

There will be no Yankees highlights from 4/20 because they got shut out. So I'm going to type this here. If Aaron Boone was any type of decent manager he would bench Judge. Judge was 0 for 4 on 4/20 with 4 strikeouts. Judge has played in 21 games and has 27 strikeouts this year while batting .179. Boone needs to send a message and maybe, MAYBE Judge will get his head on straight. I said it to friends when they were negotiating his contract. He is not worth ANYWHERE NEAR $360 million and so far I was correct. Pitiful.
