I am the Canada Research Chair in Regional Innovation at the Johnson-Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy and Director for the International Centre for Northern Governance and Development at the University of Saskatchewan. The book is entitled "#Idle No More and The Remaking of Canada" and I am seeking your permission to use the following quotation.
