This is the delusional mindset we are dealing with: “We’re an empire now, and when we act, we create our own reality. And while you’re studying that reality - judiciously, as you will - we’ll act again, creating other new realities, which you can study too, and that’s how things will sort out. We’re history’s actors . . . and you, all of you, will be left to just study what we do.” ― Karl Rove

Let's be honest: two Nazi regimes fought for control of the Pacific Ocean. Those who had the USSR as their allies won. The situation was the same in Europe: Nazism is still the normal state of the entire West. To see this, just remember the story of the approximately 1,000 Jews who fled Hitler in 1939 - neither in the USA, nor in Cuba (then a US puppet), nor in Europe, nor in England were they given asylum. They lived on a ship for about a year, hanging out across the Atlantic, until they quietly disappeared into Europe - after 3-5 years, only a few of them remained alive. Or you can just look around - how monuments to those who destroyed Hitler are being demolished, how modern Nazis are glorified and how everyone is happy with this. Seriously, thinking that the N-word is offensive is Nazism. How it was possible to manage to get to this point - I can’t imagine. Nowhere in the world is this an insult, only in the USA.

I have been watching this scenario develop for over two decades and have two hypotheses. 1) this is a deliberate strategy to shift the global policeman from the U.S. to China (behind the cover of BRICS). 2) The EU central bankers thought they could swing China into their scam, China has played them ruthlessly and is now teaming with Russia and others in creating BRICS to actually create a multi-polar global trading system and let the U.S. collapse catastrophically. The U.S. is being intentional destroyed, in either case, that is now quite obvious to me. This is being orchestrated by the central bankers, their cronies and their mutual masters. Note that there is a way for the U.S. to not be completely devastated, but it will take a popular uprising against the Anglo American Deep State to make that happen (the core of this would be a global debt jubilee, global nuclear disarmament and the closure of all overseas U.S. military bases). I trust the Russians way more than the Chinese. If I were able to travel through much of China, that might change, btw.

Wait a minute, I understand that the US wanted to end the war in Japan before the Russians invaded, but I still feel that American casualties would have been astronomical had we invaded, and that was the main reason for dropping the bomb. If the main reason we dropped the mob was to intimidate the Russians, then that seriously questions the morality of killing almost 200000 non-combatants.

This contradicts historical events: First, let's start with the fact that even before the nuclear bombings, the Americans dropped incendiary bombs on Japanese cities. Paper cities flared up like matches. No one knows how many people died - many did not even have buttons left. It is estimated that 120 thousand people were killed in Tokyo alone. The number of victims was determined mainly by the population of the cities. This is comparable to the victims of nuclear bombings. So this bombing itself did not change anything - many Japanese cities had already been burned. Now let's go through the history: During the Yalta Conference, Stalin promised America to provide support in the war with Japan immediately after the victory over Germany. When Germany was defeated, Stalin once again confirmed his obligations and promised that in 2 months he would enter the war. This time was required to transfer troops from Germany to the Far East. It was at the very beginning of June, as far as I remember, and exactly 2 months later, Soviet troops attacked the Japanese. So the Americans knew exactly the date when the USSR would enter the war. And the nuclear strike was launched exactly 7 days before the Soviet invasion. As for the landing in Japan, it was not needed at all. Japan is a small island with no resources and is unable to fight a war without supply bases on the mainland. The Soviet blow fell on the strongest, most numerous and elite group of Japanese troops - the Kwantung Army. There were about 1 million people in this army (I’m writing from memory, I might be a little wrong). In less than a month, Soviet troops destroyed the Kwantung Army, crossed almost all of Korea (the Americans managed to land in the very south of Korea) and entered China. During this month, Japan lost all its supply bases and its best troops with all their supplies. This was approximately half the entire Japanese army at that time. After this, Japan could not help but capitulate. As for the landing on the islands, Soviet troops managed to capture several islands. The entire operation did not go according to plan: the sharply deteriorating weather did not allow the Russians to use the fleet. The landing party sailed in the fog almost by touch; someone got lost along the way. Those who reached the shore were in the minority, and against them there were well-prepared fortifications and every square centimeter of the beach was targeted. Nevertheless, the Russians achieved success everywhere. So the Japanese were not such strong warriors. Finally, the Americans did not need to land in Japan. The USSR has already launched an operation to invade the main island of Japan, the troops have already begun to move. But then a message was received about the surrender of Japan and Stalin suspended the landing operation. I'm not sure if this order has now been canceled or remains in "suspended" status, but Russia and Japan still don't have a peace treaty, so it's never too late to continue.

  • @_Igor_Popkov

    28 күн бұрын

@@deanzaZZR It's interesting that the Russians do things differently. During WW2, all Soviet propaganda insisted that we were fighting Hitler, not the German people. Stalin's famous phrase: Hitlers come and go, but the German people remain. This phrase was said in response to the poem “Kill a German,” which was actually about a Nazi soldier, just an unfortunate turn of phrase. Now this poem has been remembered again, but now the word “Germans” means the Nazis from Ukraine and their mercenaries. In general, dehumanization is a tool of Nazism, its integral part. If somewhere someone said “we are not like them,” Nazism was born there. And it doesn’t matter what the reasons and origins are - it’s still Nazism. And the one who accepts this is a Nazi himself, even if he does not suspect it.

Ray is a gem whose opinions and analysis must be respected but I'm disappointed that the Judge asked Ray to comment on Alastair's explanation of the extent of the resistance. First, the Judge did not accurately iterate Alastair's explanation. Second, Both Ray and Alastair possess singular expertise based on their respective direct experiences so neither would be in the best position to evaluate another's opinion. Much as i respect the Judge for his contributions, he seems to want to "re-frame" content. This is an old device taught by psychologists to signal that the psychologist has heard and understood someone's statement. My father used this with me and it simply aggravated me because it altered my statement. As a former professional mediator, I was taught re-framing but refused to apply it in meditations and my success rate was significantly higher than most of my peers. Words matter.

After being a listener for several years and being from South Carolina, I find the comments about my state to be beneath those who have made them over the past several months. I withheld comment after the first several times and took the sarcastic jabs in stride. I now see a pattern of mocking South Carolina as fair game. Ray also knows this; that Russia will not negotiate with the US or NATO to settle this war. That means some form of "recognized" government must be in Kiev to settle this. Russia must also make sure US oligarchs like Blackrock do not take possession of large tracks of Western Ukraine that they have bought from Kiev, all of which will be treated by the West as potential footholds that can be used to still cause trouble for Russia. And Russia will have to be careful if it decides to cede this land to countries like Poland who could similarly meddle.

Again, this conflict in Ukraine will end the same way the war in Afghanistan (aka the graveyard of empires) ended on August 15, 2021 when Kabul fell back to the same Taliban that the Americans tried to get rid of since October 7, 2001. Always remember that Empires RISE & Empires FALL !!! and the USA is really no exception at this point, and the demise of the EU & NATO will happen and go along hand in hand with this afterwards as well. Ukraine became a FAILED STATE back on February 22, 2014 thanks to the actions of Victoria Juland's policy of REGIME CHANGE in Kiev on that date. THIW's and have a nice day as well.
