I love my Justins with mate black frame and clear lenses. I want another pair with darker tint.

The lenses on mine got a huge scratch within only a few days, so i can confirm that the lenses are prone to scratches, but like you mentioned they are super comfortable

Why do ray ban Justin frame get sticky and what can I use to get the stickiness off?

Dude mine scratched from just being in the case and cleaning them. Like badly scratched after 3 wears. I used an air duster gun first, then rinsed them off w just water, and dried with a brand new cloth. I don’t get it. The lettering already started fading. These are definitely good for the sun, and look great on me, but I’m bummed abluir how crappy they are in comparison to other ray-bans that I own.

I have the mate Havana -brown gradient for a long time but used very few times. They looks good and very comfortable but the rubberized mate finish got sticky and the inside coating of the lens is peeling off.

You didn't say anything about the quality. A pair of Ray-Bans should last for 5-10 years. Rubber usually peels off👎

These sunglasses are nicer than the Wayfarer. The Wayfarer seems to be more of a women's sunglasses.

It means it was made in china, RB moved the production of the justins to china a few years ago

You mentioned that the Justin is “Made in Italy” but my have “Made in Thailand.” I purchased them at Sunglass Hut and was surprised to see that. Have you heard of Ray Ban’s being made in Thailand?

No I have not! At ShadeReviewStore.com we only sell the made in Italy ones I told my supplier I will reject any Chinese or other countrys shipments

What an exaggeration! They are made exactly the same way as in Italy, in the same plant factory, which, by the way, all use raw materials purchased from China, by the way.

Every pair of Justin’s I’ve purchased from the rayban website have been made in china. I’m under the impression Ray-Ban has moved most of their manufacturing to china post Covid, is this accurate?

Same here, I bought a pair from Jomashop and they are made in China. I thought about ordering more pairs until I get one made in Italy but decided it wasn’t worth the hassle. I have seen several other posts from people ordering through official channels and it seems Justin production is China-based now. Too bad.

My Ray Ban Justin is simply made in Italy. I bought them at Eyewish in the Netherlands.

Question, so the 58 mm, the bigger lens size comes in an Asian fit? Isn’t an Asian fit typically a smaller fit? Why would the biggest lens come in a smaller fit? Sorry, I’m trying to buy a pair of these, but I’d like bigger lenses

Please don't criticize Holbrooks, I have those plastic hinges since the Oakley XX and. they work great. They last much longer, and they don't bend but snap. I had an arm detached on an old Oakley and I reattached it very easy. A metal hinge on a plastic frame is not very durable. And as you point it. is no the great five segments of the wayfarer but a very basic one.

Mi duda es si es original este último, ya que los dos primeros en las varillas internas dice: Ray ban made in Italy. Y estos últimos no dicen eso. Dice: Ray ban T CE UK CA. Son originales? Regrettably I'm not the biggest fan of the Justin overall. Awesome rubberized finish, and super comfortable (I got the green lenses on brown frames, which fit my mountain environment), but too narrow for adequate sun/ branch protection! It wasn't until after delivery I noticed they only come in S and XS sizes, compared to Wayfarer L and XL. Wayfarer Folding with Justin colors and texture would be the ticket for me I think.

This model is cool but I don't see myself in them despite the oval face. They seem big to me.

Own them, total garbage quality. Lense peels and the matte black rubber on frame peels off. Cheaper built than chinese crap.

Now Ray-ban/Oakley/Persol all are same. they just lost their blue-blood qualities. I love MJ for this. at least they have their originality.
