How do u have shifter paddles when you're manual?

The owner before me bought extended paddles that have the + and - for autos, but the manual zl1 and c7 corvettes have rev match paddles in that spot instead which allow you to turn the rev match on or off with

ZL1 1le looks better but the regular zl1 is faster in a straight line. In the market now but not sure which one I should get

Most definitely they are a little bit lighter ,honestly I never expected to get the 1le just kept waiting and ended up getting it instead , but I love how the 1le looks
