Hey friend you do know you can go into the hotels and the resorts and film , they have gift shops in these hotels so they are open to the public especially Atlantis , now they will not allow you to explore the outdoor theme parks unless you have day passes but to get into Atlantis you can go through comfort suites for a night at about 180 that covers meals and day passes to Atlantis where you would be able to explore all the water theme rides…. Just some friendly info..

Even Bermuda which is not in the Caribbean but rather the Atlantic, is generally compared with the other British West Indian terroritories. Guyana in South America is also compared with the economies of the Caribbean....

I am American but lived in Nassau for 10 years. I loved the island and still go back every now and then. I love some of the other out islands as well. Beautiful country.

The Bahamas is beautiful. There are 3 day cruises from Miami USA to Nasau. St Martin and Turks and Caicos Island are about the same as the Bahamas. These countries depen in tourism for their per capita income. Thanks for sharing and educating us of another island. Blessings and be safe🎉❤

Yes please come and visit but try one of our other islands. I'd recommend Exuma, Eleuthera or Abaco. Bot believe me any one you visit is beautiful and unique in its own way.

Bahamas is a rich country because Banking is a major income earner for the country. Tax free haven for many many countries world wide. Every Caribbean country has a unique feature and this why it is best to just appreciate what we all have as a region as oppose to the constant comparing. Each country has pros and cons.

Bahamas like Guyana isn't technically in the Caribbean Geographically. It's part of the Atlantic. It is part of the Poltical grouping CARICOM which comprise mostly of English speaking Caribbean countries. Bahamas is the richest CARICOM country yes it is the richest in terms of the disposable income per person but the largest ecomies in CARICOM is T&T with $ US 28 bln, JAM with US$ 19 bln, Guyana with US $ 16 bln, Bahamas US $ 13 bln and Barbados with US $ 6 bln.

So many people giving their commentaries on the Bahamas' economic, geographical, and social affairs...when other Caribbean countries are being featured I have yet to see a hater from the Bahamas...I guess if I tell yall the great Bob Marley who was inspired by the great Marcus Garvey was inspired by a Bahamian Man Named Dr Robert Love who was one of THEE first Black Activist in 19th century to travel to US HAITI and JAM to promote black awareness/empowerment/strength/power yall would be blue in the face aye..or the fact that WEB Dubois grand father and great grand father was from Bahamas but of a french descent and later co-founded NAACP...both whom may have contributed to the formation of the civil Rights Movement...but they are not recognized by the people they helped

AT you should have continued in the direction everyone was coming from you would have ended up on Junkanoo Beach and a little further is Arawak Cay where the locals go to eat. The food is superb and inexpensive. It's the place we locals go for seafood. Restaurant quality food at local prices.❤❤

All this tribal infighting between different Caribbean islands is stupid because Caribbean people move to different islands and territories all the time. For example The Bahamas has a large population of people who are of Jamaican and Haitian decent. Also in Barbados, Guyana and Trinidad have many family ties. Panama, Cuba and Costa Rica have families from other islands particularly Barbados and Jamaica. In the Caribbean wi are literally family!

The Caribbean is beautiful and has something for everyone it just depends on what you are looking for. I think the Bahamas has a beach with pink sand, and also a beach where you can swim with pigs?!…perhaps I’m wrong. Please show us if there is. Love your videos! Enjoy your time on the Island.❤️

Yes Harbour Island, Eleuthera in the Bahamas has pink sand and you can swim with the pigs in Exuma.

The Bahamas is made up of islands and cays. Eleuthera and Exuma are 2 of the islands.

Everybody is dressed for swimming. They got off the cruise ships to either go to the beach or the water parks.

The water is such a vibrant shade of blue. Very inviting

I can never get tired of watching your content. Your main focus is about educating your viewers as opposed to focusing on yourself. You tend o do this intentionally. Not by default. I appreciate you. ❤❤

There are equally and more expensive such as: St. Barths Cayman islands, Turks and Caicos Bonaire, curacao, Aruba, Guadeloupe, Bermuda. Cayman island has the 6th strongest currencies in the world. It is stronger than the US dollar.

The countries you mentioned are all colonies. Still depending on the colonizers. The Bahamas is an independent nation. Nothing those islands have is of their own making.

Also, some of those countries are autonomous and economically self sufficient without assistance from the 'colonial crown'. They are of their own making, too. I know this because I am from such a country island. But, again, that is not the point here..

AT you can go into a pharmacy to enquire about sim cards. In Barbados many random places sell Sim cards, also Trinidad. I guess it is the same there. I googled the richest Caribbean countries and got: 1. Bermuda In the CARICOM community by GDP Which is surprising actually. 1.Bahamas 2. Barbados 3.Trinidad and Tobago 4. Antigua and Barbuda 5. St. Kitts and Nevis ( they said Panama after TT but they are not in the Caribbean nor in CARICOM)

Bermuda and Bahamas are both in the Atlantic. However, The Bahamas is a member of CARICOM while Bermuda is not because it is a colony of the UK along with Cayman Islands. These list always forget about the French islands of St. Barth, Martinique, St. Martin, Guadeloupe, the Dutch islands of Saba, Sint Maarten Sint Eustatius Aruba, Curacao, and Bonaire. There is also Monserrat, Turks and Caicos, Anguilla, U.S Virgin Islands of St John/St Thomas, British Virgin Islands(too many to list), St Vincent, Grenada, and St. Lucea. Plus Countries like Suriname, Belize and Guyana.

I went to Nassau a couple of times on a cruise didnt like the area will not be going back to Nassau

Allow me introduce you to the country called Aruba . You will love there , we have lovely beaches, " baby beach, palm beach etc , good food, lovely people with lovely vibes . Thank me later. I'm Muta Kilimanjaro .

Bahamas isn't in the caribbean sea, but it is considered part of the caribbean because technically the caribbean is made up of 3 parts which are the lucayan archeapeligo, the greater antilles and the lesser antilles. The Bahamas is consider the lucayan archeapeligo, which is the gate way to the other 2 catagories of the caribbean.
