If it's possible try doing a daytime investigation in this location, might be able to rule out some things that are happening

I would definitely get a couple go pro camera to put on the back of your hats to catch what happens behind you

If you listen closely multiple times on high volume with headphones, there's a decent amount of movement, little scrapes, and what sounds like three little steps, before the full-on running happens. It's like someone, or some thing, was moving out of hiding, taking a few steps, before running to the door. Really eerie! And the fact you left your bag in there and walked outside, knowing if something bad happened that you'd have to go back inside to get it, gave me anxiety. 😄

That place has multiple windows knocked out and there are numerous reasons for the noises that happen constantly going to paranormal should be when there is 150percent no other reason

The only thing that kept me from freaking out was knowing this video was posted months ago, and you guys have posted since lol. This was by far the scariest one!

Found this channel by accident a couple of months ago... and so pleased I did. Not only do you investigate some fantastic creepy locations... but it's the added banter between you both that I find hilarious, you can see the strong friendship between you both resinate on cam... that's a great thing to see. Unlike a lot of 'paranormal' channels on KZread, with you two... you get what you see... if something happens or heard, you'll try to debunk it or figure out what caused it... unlike a lot of other channels out there that have 'things happen/noises heard/voices heard' on EVERY video, it's never like that, even I know that... coming from someone who would s**t themselves hearing a floorboard creak... lol. Looking forward to this upcoming video, long may Elliot & Joe continue to provide brilliant content like they do! Thank you boys!

The ultimate would be to thoroughly check the place in daytime and leave a motion activated camera hidden at the entrance so you could check it before investigating.

That place gives me the creeps just watching it. There's something so creepy about the place. I can't imagine how scared you must have been actually being there.

Do you think someone was inside that place or was it paranormal? You can hear the running footsteps very clearly. So scary! And when he said he thought someone was behind him, makes your skin crawl! People are much more scary than ghosts if you ask me!

Probably squatter, possibly a person with drug addiction or on the run ,or a kid on the run. Never know. They were afraid of you catching them. Could have been a homeless woman. They would be sketched out by 2 guys for sure. Definitely more afraid of you. The stuff after I think was paranormal.

Another great video. Love watching your stuff (usually light off in the middle of the night). The rapport between you plus the activity you capture puts your channel in my top 2 on KZread (Franko TV being the other). Genuine, unstaged stuff is getting harder and harder to find.

I'm going to be watching this one over again. Some things seemed like it was human intervention and some things may have been done by spirits. When I go through my video's, I do so several times but then again, I was there at the time so this would be a little different. I re-watched the caravan scene, the object that hits Elliot is the "cocktail" leaflet thing. You can see it near the door, then he walks there and he gets something thrown at him, then when you back up it's gone. Meaning that just fell off, since it's super close to the edge. You can see this when pausing at 29:46 and then 30:56. That's about the only thing I can explain in this video other than the possibility there was a very very stealthy person living there. Your description of the figure you saw with the "Shiny thing" reminded me of the Finders Beepers stair ghost footage.

This was probably the most intense episode I have seen so far, Joe and Elliott take you thru 40 mins of pure haunted property fare, this has out classed many horror movies out there for just the creep factor alone, were you alone guys? Who knows! There were way too many coincidences, so I either think there were real people around that move like the darkness itself or it's completely paranormal, the K2 was showing some real light action for a while, so I fall on the paranormal side. Well done 👍 Joe and Elliott.

I love your videos, guys, but I do have one question in my mind during this one, which is: if you thought someone just ran out the door, why would you be standing there with your back to the source of the sound, not going to see if anyone was outside, or even looking in that direction? Idk, that's what I think I'd naturally be doing out of fright if nothing else! Hmm.

I love that you guys investigate abandoned buildings and homes because they are worn out or over investigated. But because of situations like this it can be dangerous and you don’t know whether it was a squatter or paranormal. Sure would be nice if y’all could get there before the sun goes down and clear the property.

There was something going on there. You guys were in the shed for a while before you started hearing the spirit box so it couldn't have been when Elliot got the K2 out. I honestly dont know but it freaked me out! Enjoyed that video so damn much. I do believe there wasn't a person there.

Ditto, I don’t know if it’s because I have a “ hulking 6’3” son called “ Joe” or that I could just smush our Elliot but I get so worried that there’s some “ human” lunatic out there just waiting to ambush them both , that I’m holding my breath without realising it. I have to just keep telling myself that the video has been up loaded , so therefore they are ok 👍

Love you guys and your content. Been binging all your episodes. Sitting here with my earbuds in abd my neighbour banged loudly in their kitchen which us next to my front room. Literally sounded like someone banged on my window. When i say my soul just about left my body us an underestimation. Its sprinting down the m25 to catch a plane at gatwick 😂😂 I love paranormal stuff and living in a house where plenty of stuff goes on (footsteps on landing, doors opening on their own, heavy breathing, smells, things being moved etc) it's so refreshing to see you keeping it real and injecting humor when things get a little tense. Just caught up with this video from last night as I was working. Chuffin' hell (as we say in Yorkshire)... you two have balls of concrete... I wouldn't have lasted 5mins in there. By far the creepiest and certainly one of your best videos (even with Elliot's dodgy camera work... lol). Joe and Elliot, oh my goodness,this was the scariest chilliest goosebumps investigation ever,oh my I was on the edge of the seat. I was really worried for you guys. There was definitely running footsteps and all the elements of the weather creepy house and garage. You guys were brave, thank you for doing what you do to keep up the good work of paranormal explorers ghost-theory.

Not sure if you read comments on your older stuff but I'm catching up on all your awesome videos and loving them! Have to say that if they were alive humans wouldnt you hear more than half a dozen footsteps? Like if someone was running out I would think you would hear footsteps continue outside, especially with someone who was clearly moving at a decent speed like you heard. Incredible stuff! LOVE your work!

Before you got there, the slamming door could have been someone running in the house to hide. The footsteps later, of them running back out. The thing that hit your leg in the caravan could have been something slipping over after dislodging it pulling the door open and walking around. The other noises, I feel like someone followed you. A human having a laugh.

I just have to say that I have binge watched all of your video's and I have never seen you both so scared and so quiet 😳 That place has bad vibes, I could feel it from where I was sitting at home all comfy like 😳 Obviously you cant rule out the human or animal elements but some of those sounds and the things thrown at you, something didnt want you there 😳 Credit to you both for carrying on, I would have scarpered as soon as I heard that first bang lol 👻

I was fearing for their safety all the while I was watching, especially when their backs were turned! Joe and Elliot have been to some really creepy places but I've never felt that they were in absolute danger, this was a whole other level!! I just wanted them to get out of there!! 🥺😳

I love the way you discuss something thats just happened, trying to reason with each other to understand and justify to yourselves a logical explanation, on this occasion though i could feel the intense struggle to actually Make any sense of whats happening. It surely was terrifying and big kudos for trying to clear all the bases to give yourselves the heads up to make a logical decision and clarify whats actually going off. By far the best channel out there on YT. Been binge watching your vids and this one was my 5th tonight, which after watching your others maybe wasn't a good idea on my part, 5 hours of creepy investigations and this one had me glued to the screen. Hells bells that was tense. What an explore. The longer it went on with you guys convinced someone was there the less convinced I was that it was a human being. It would take a very special sort of prankster to keep ahead of you and keep hidden for forty mins giving you only the spookiest of glimpses. They would have to know that place very, very well. Guys,why would someone have a mirror in the dark, inside of a car that doesn't look like its been opened in years. You may want to set up cameras outside of where you are going to research. There are nock off go pros that are small and will alert u to movement on your smart phone. That way if you put one or two hidden around the entrance to property and entrance to house.
