RAW: St. Charles County levee breaches during flooding on May 6, 2019
The Elm Point Levee in St. Charles County breached after rising flood waters. The levee sits between the Missouri and Mississippi rivers, both of which are flooding in the greater St. Louis area.

Gonna be honest. Almost brought a tear to my eye when I saw that shot of old glory waving over the flood water next to a house that’s also still dry inside.
