does India have the technology to manufacture Bio diesel from Municipal sledge waste ? if yes only than this sector has the potential to grow & be a profitable venture. as this technology is already running successfully in US & Australia.. relying on agriculture waste & Used Oil is never going to work due to high price of raw material & its continuous availability. Municipal sledge is a very low cost raw material for Bio diesel . is this technology available in India ?

Cultivation bahut jyada karna hai oil ke form ke koi bhi daam kabhi bhi kam nahi hoga ki lgaf na aye Oil ko energy ke lie bhi sochna hai kisano ko winter mein shardho mungfali jobbhi ho cooking oil ke lie vertically bhi cultivation bhi kar sakte hai

Even acid oil rates are not compatible now for biofuels , I wonder with what raw material indian biggest plants are running now with.

Plastic se jo petrol ban raha hai uska kya drawback hai

Sirji kya aap bata sakte ho 1 ltr biodiesel banane k liye agar main uco use karu to wo kitna chahiye hoga

Ye uske FFA content or impurity pe depend kerta hai. Jese 3% ffa hai aur 2% unsap aur moisture 1% to total 3+2+1+oil losses = 8 % loss hoga baki ka biodiesel banega

So practically non of the raw material is commercially available or viable

Sir are u making small machines say300 liter per batch if so apraximate cost wlii be how mutch

That's the best oil for producing biodiesel. But availability is a issue
